Hotel was nice but no frills. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were good size for a family of 5 with the pull out couch. The breakfast selections varied by day which was great for the kids Pool was small and hot tub could not get more than warm. The room key would cancel out daily but the staff helped.
The rooms are updated and roomy, The bed was very comfortable! Friendly hotel staff. If in the area, we will definitely stay here again.
Our group was in town for a weekend music festival, and this hotel was overall a comfortable stay at a moderate rate. The room was clean when we arrived, and the lady who did my check-in for the room was very friendly and helpful. I did have some difficulties connecting to the WiFi on my laptop on my first attempts, but it worked eventually. It would have been helpful if the bathroom had towels bars or additional hooks (beyond the double hook on back of bathroom door), or both, because having three young women sharing the same bathroom resulted in mutiple towels needing to be set on the sink counter, hung over the shower bar, etc. The location left something to be desired, because when approaching the hotel from the west, you need to make an unprotected left turn in an area of heavy traffic (because near the I-29 north onramp) to get on the street leading to the hotel. The main complaint we had from our stay was that the breakfast service wasn't supplied up to the end time advertised. Our first two mornings were on the weekend, so the breakfast went until 10 a.m. The final morning was Labor Day (so a holiday but on a weekday), so breakfast went until 9 a.m. We were up late at night from the festival, so we were all pretty tired and my sister went down to breakfast within the last 10 minutes of service time two of the mornings. On both occasions, she found that the waffle maker had been turned off and the batter taken away, despite the service time not being over yet (though approaching). The other breakfast items did not seem to have been kept restocked for a significant time leading up to the end time, because items were too sparse to have emptied out right before the end time. I had gone to breakfast earlier every day (all days with an hour or more to spare before the end time), and things were also poorly stocked at least two of the three mornings I ate breakfast. One of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel over another one we looked at was that it served complimentary breakfast and would save us the time/hassle of going elsewhere for breakfast. My sister was dissatisfied with this hotel stay and not interested in staying there in the future, because of the breakfast issue. The staff member attending the breakfast was putting items away early and not keeping things restocked to a reasonable point in the last half hour or so of the breakfast time, and I overheard her telling other guests something about the hotel needing her to be punchout out/off the clock by a certain time to avoid overtime (and this was seemingly given as a reason for starting to clean up early). I do understand items not getting restocked when there are only 5-10 minutes before breakfast ends, but if they were restocked well during the majority of the breakfast duration, there would be more left at the end for those who want to sleep in a little on their vacation and not go down to get breakfast to go until 8:45 or 8:50 on a holiday morning. Other than the breakfast issue, the hotel met our needs and was a comfortable place to stay.
We arrived and they have friendly reception. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Our room was clean and spacious and not much to complain about. I can just say will prefer a proper duvet on the bed and not a thin comforter, as it gets cold. Also will be nice if they put some hand soap in the bathroom, they have all the products for shower, but no hand soap if you just use the bathroom. The location is very comfortable as very nice restaurants very near and the mall is just across the road. I will just say for the price they ask for a night is very expensive for the quality of the stay. As stayed in better hotels for lower prices.
comfortable and allowed my dog on a last min basis! staying another night :) very satisfied
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't the best. Scrambled eggs were pancake shaped. Would stay again.
Had a good night sleep, breakfast was good I would stay again! Staff was also friendly
I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They made check in a breeze. The room was immaculate. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Definitely visit them again.
