We had a great time staying right downtown & enjoyed the amenities of a house rather than staying @ a hotel. Very spacious & very clean! We will stay there again because our daughter is on the volleyball team @ WNMU. Thank you!

Very nice property with great location, clean, and stocked very well with all necessities. Restaurants and stores all within walking distance. Off street parking was a plus. Would definitely rent this location again.

Property is in a good location and nice/clean. Owner responded to us quickly about a small question. My only knock would be that the outside patio is almost a shared area with the neighbors, divided of course. Didn't feel comfortable to sit out there, especially if you want to have a private conversation. But overall, very nice.

Great place!

The property had clearly recently been updated and was very nice. The house was had a very well equipped kitchen and laundry facility. The location was very close to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this property.

Great & spacious

We booked this a second time even though we don't actually need all that room (it's pretty big). The location is perfect & the space (clean, well-designed, great floors) is lovely. The patio needs some love. Recommend!

As Advertised!

My friends and I make an annual New Year's trip to Silver City. One year we went camping. The next, we stayed in a cabin. This year we decided to stay in town. It was a great decision to say in town with many local spots like the Toad and COOP within walking distance, and the kitchen was the most well stock kitchen we've encountered during our travels! So if you're looking for a cozy Silver City stay with high ceilings, this is the spot for you.

Our marvelous family gathering in Silver City…

Stunning property filled with simplicity, beauty and authenticity. The first room of this beautiful Adobe was reconstructed with the utmost respect and careful planning for the detail of necessity and the detail of simplicity ❣️ I am so inspired to see and stay in such a remarkably beautiful remade Adobe home. The two bedrooms and bathrooms will tick you into believing they were original also. In addition,the outdoor patio was so well appointed❣️ I also “LOVED” their dining nook and storage areas! So lovely! I’d love to stay there any and all the time👍🏻💕😎 Lovely stay, Kathy

Perfect location

Quite and a new rental so everything was new. Plenty of supplies to keep us going or add to what we had. Location just a few blocks of the main road.
