King bed nice and comfortable. WiFi good. Did not use other amenities except breakfast. Nice variety. Very nice and friendly staff. Would stay again. Good parking. Felt safe. Elevator convenient. Our room was a walk in shower. Had a grab bar which was a nice touch. Looks like a nice museum in town, but didn't fit our schedule.

The Hampton in the next town eastward is owned by the same company, but the two hotels have different GMs. The difference in attitude is obvious--this staff is can-do and happy. This hotel is the mirror image of the other physically, with indoor pool, spa and fitness room on one end of the first floor, and guest laundromat with ice machine on the other, and an event room, business center and convenience shop in the middle near the front desk, lobby and breakfast areas. The shop carries limited variety, but that included microwaveable meals and ice cream. The business center here was well-stocked, compared to many hotels. This hotel is genuinely pet-friendly, with a pet treat station at the front door. Usually pets stay on the second floor. Just occasionally, when guest or pet mobility special needs are an issue, the staff flexes, opting to increase safety and comfort, as much as possible. The building isn't new, but the layout is compact, easy to navigate with an injured knee. My King room was clean, comfy and functional. It's too bad the beauteous thriving rosemary bush outside the window will be cut back away from the HVAC intake soon, I was told--I reveled in the free aromatherapy. The recently upgraded WiFi worked well enough for my purposes--browsing and streaming. The breakfast was great, both mornings. Coffee is served in the mornings, then again in the afternoons, just after check-ins pick up. The staff--every one I encountered--have all gone to the nth degree, making this stay pleasant. If I visit this region again, I will stay here.

Traveling from San Diego to East Texas in a Uhaul! This was the perfect stopping point on our move. Staff was great and rooms were clean. Plenty of parking for a big truck towing a trailer. Could not have been better.

It's the most expensive hotel in Lordsburg and has to be the worst in terms of how the rooms are maintained. My room was shabby - wear marks everywhere, scratchy sheets, bad lighting, just plain shabby. Even the fan was broken.

The shower was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The carpet had stains as well as the chairs. I will do my best not to stay here in Lordsburg, N.M. again if I can help it.

Returning from trip to Phoenix so this was easy stop for one night. Hotel was a little less than average Hampton but we expected same in small town that would not be destination for many travelers. Room was reasonably sized, clean and bed was "Hampton" comfortable.

We do not like staying at any hotel that accepts pets, but we had no choice on this considering the long drive and hotels are few and far. They honored our request that we not be near stairs or on a floor with dogs. The dog floor is on the second floor. Did not want to be in an elevator with any dog either. Sorry do not trust dogs and their owners anymore as had a very bad experience with one in a hotel. Anyway: the room was very clean but small with a king bed in it. Great breakfast in the morning also.

This Hampton Inn would make Conrad Hilton proud. Customer service is the key to competitive advantage and Mindy at the front desk is the epitome of that. Also the young man that does the morning breakfast is as friendly and helpful as you could ever want. We stayed 1 night in 327 a very nice and quiet room away from the Interstate. Normally with running out of coffee lids and no cut up fruit for the morning breakfast I’d deduct a point but with doggie water and pet treats in the lobby and pet friendly on certain floors I have to give the point back and call it 5 Stars. We travel to much to be able to have a pet but your attitude towards pets makes you great in my book. Keep up the fine work! For anyone traveling through Lordsburg this Hampton Inn is my recommendation! Also thanks for the dinner recommendation of Ramona’s. It was great!

We stayed during our travel for one night at this hotel. The room was nice and warm on our arrival. The sheets were the softest I have ever felt. The mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of different foods and was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. Clean, quiet, attractive, welcoming. I had a problem with a third-party reservation service, and the manager solved it remarkably quickly. Next time I'll get my reservation through the Hampton website.
