I have stayed here before however, this time I checked into our room an it was 99 degrees. I let the staff, know and the maintenance staff was sent over he told me, to keep the door closed to the room to remain cool. I explained the A/C was blowing out hot air. Because we were there for for a dance competition, it was highly inconvenient lugging everything upstairs and then back down then upstairs again to a different room.

We woke up in the morning to a leaking roof. The whole kitchen floor was wet. I slipped and grab the counter so I wouldn’t fall. I requested a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I spoke with Silvia who was at the front desk at the time. I am requesting a refund.
