Was very good But a few racist incidents in Aloft parking lot after checking out of the hotel with rude actions and statements made towards my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair and they blocked her in so she couldn’t get into the van

I had an excellent stay and was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The room was superb, the location perfect, and the service impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the fun touch of the little cart with fresh, complimentary popcorn when I arrived. When I checked out, I accidentally left a shopping bag from Apple Park behind — including a new Apple Watch. I rushed back from the train station and was relieved to find it had been safely set aside. Eli at the reception desk returned it to me with a smile. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

All staff that I came across were great! Very welcoming and knowledgeable and happy to help. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking could be tricky on weekends but there is availability around. Will definitely stay here again.
