Even though the food and room was good. There was a party in the hotel premises which resulted in loud noise till midnight. Even though I connected with front desk different responses was given related to the party end time and it impacted our stay

My husband is huge on staying somewhere with breakfast and this place was perfect! breakfast was yummy! front desk was nice! and the hotel itself is cute & bright! We stayed here for a weekend for the 49er game! Highly recommend! We are heading back this weekend and wish we could have booked this place again but the rooms we wanted were booked up! maybe next season.

It’s an older hotel but the remodel decor is very bright and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub with a little waterfall was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have children. The breakfast was an added plus. And they appreciate their hard working staff and even gave the crew the day off on New years. A wonderful experience!

The room they gave me had a non-functioning TV which they knew about. The mini frig was noisy. They gave me another room the next day. The reception staff person talked to fast for me to understand. There was no staff at the desk when I wanted to check out.

I arrived an hour before check-in and they were very nice to let me check in early as it wasn't busy. It was a mid-week reservation for a resort view room. On my reservation request and at the counter I explained I wanted a room that was quiet, away from stairways, elevators, ice machines, etc. I get to my 2nd floor resort-view room but it was right next to stairway with a large gap under the door so you could hear everything. There is no elevator so the stairway is constantly used for staff/guests going up to the 2nd floor from the parking lot with a metal gate that bangs every time it closes and people talking as they go up the metal stairs. Since it was early in the day I asked for a different room. This room was extremely dark, had a musty smell and the sheets did not smell freshly laundered. Feeling that I had already been a hassle with moving me, I decided to not complain and lay down to take a quick nap. Upon pulling back the sheets I saw what looked like toothpaste on the bottom sheet so then I decided to pull back the bottom sheet and mattress pad and found a bug on the mattress and on the lamp shade. I called the front desk and the maintenance man quickly arrived. He couldn't confirm or deny it was a bed bug so I moved rooms...again but this time no resort view. I paid for resort view but did not get it. Property is old, dirty and breakfast is not great. Best part is location, parking and staff. Hyatt needs to do a serious remodel to all the rooms.

The hotel was awesome , the amenities are super clean and super nice . There a lot of variety for the complimentary breakfast. The issue that I had was upon check in . I had booked and payed for a king size bed and they only had 2 double beds . So it made my stay a little uncomfortable for having such a small bed for my wife and I .
