The lock was difficult for our room, had to have housekeeping help us. It only opened when handle turned up. Hard to hear the man while checking in. But the room served our purpose.

Compact 5 Star Hotel

For the room rate, I wasn't expecting much. But I was happily surprised to find the room clean, the bed was comfy, and everything I could possibly need was provided in the room - a working fridge and microwave, a Keurig coffee maker w/plenty of Kcups and disp cups, lamps w/electrical plugs (all of them), blow dryer, iron and board, luggage stand, dispensable shampoo and conditioner in the shower, lotion by the sink, free dependable wifi, large TV w/working remote and sattelite channels, nice staff, awesome comp breakfast, plenty of safe parking, convenient location.... I mean, what else can someone ask for, right? I highly recommend.
