Our stay was brief but exceptionally enjoyable! I had called the day before our check-in requesting an early check-in and was told it would be no problem for the room we booked. When we arrived, we were told the type of room we booked wasn’t ready but they did a great job of finding us a different room that was ready and gave us free breakfast and a couple of free drinks. The front desk agent was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and everything feels very modern. The restaurant in Tetra next door was also really great! We would happily stay here again if in the area.

The room was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable although very low to the ground. We were not able to check in at our check in time of 3 pm. We arrived around 1:45 pm and were told that we would get a call when our room was ready. I never received a call or text. I went to the lobby around 2:40 pm and waited in line until around 3:30 pm before we were able to check in.
