Bathroom not cleaned! Towels had to request! Breakfast, we left and went to Waffle House!

Smoking side....bed sheets had stains on it. Wet stains, red stains, etc

It was a one night stay but we had a good time. Location is not that good but it is right on the interstate. It as cleaned and comfortable. For the price it was good.

I stopped for one night on my way to georgia and it was nice and clean with good lighting.

Great price very close to airport so location was awesome. Nice staff members swimming pool workout room.

We were very please with everything, There were however only 3 tiny pillows and no big blanket. Breakfast was good but I would have likde to see a selection of some fruit.

We needed two rooms at the last minute, so I booked this from a travel website. The hotel is near the airport-- that is good. However, the staff was extraordinarily rude, one "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke, no lamps were plugged in so we had to crawl around in the dark to get light, the iron did not work, and there is no breakfast -- no matter what the description said. The beds were comfortable and the furniture looked new. However, other than that, I felt as if we were in a dive. There are tons of other hotels in this area. Choose one of the others.

I have never in my life stayed in a Ramada like this. It's was a mess someone had did number two in the bathroom toilet. I would never go back.

The first room we were given smelled heavily of smoke; we were given another room. We arrived late at night, carried luggage upstairs, back down and up again. Second room was not very clean (neither was first), the water in the bathtub leaked, and the leak or something else caused the carpeting near the sink outside the bathroom to remain wet. We asked to have these things taken care of while we were out the next day, they were not. We decided to stay and make the most of. I cleaned up the room. Staff seemed to always seemed to miss something, no coffee, no cups, etc. A little positive, the beds/pillows were very comfortable and I slept well! We never tried the "hot breakfast" that was included, so I cannot comment on that. We had a wonderful time anyway, but do not plan to stay at another Ramada!

This hotel is an older hotel that needs some renovation. It does not have an elevator. The room was okay for the price paid. It does need some updating.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Very nice breakfast in the morning

3 night stay here showered early and needed towels for later that night but the staff refused to give us any until the next morning also forgot my tooth brush which is something they state they have but they had nothing floors stained and the room smelled like someone died. Wires hanging out of the walls save yourself the headache of staying here if your in shreveport to gamble and get a little better hotel closer by

For this to be a three star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the traffic that goes through at night is not good. The bed were not soft for a 3 star hotel.

Two stars because I have stayed in worse. Drove in after dark, holes in fence, grass not mowed and dead plant in hotel lobby should have been a giveaway, but we were tired and made the reservation online. We were stuck... Bottom line: Don't stay here unless you are tired and just need a place to sleep. • The desk staff was courteous, but not very welcoming. • There was no way to call the desk from your room. • The beds were comfortable and clean. • There was lots of hot water • Our room thermostat was set at 60, so we couldn't smell the musty smell. • There was dead food in the microwave. • Reading lamp had no bulb • The wireless was fast, but was not secure, hence there was no bandwith because, I assume, the neighbors had free internet. • The outside entrance from the parking lot was locked and the entrance key didn't work. • Stains in hallway carpet. The walls in our room were dirty. • Breakfast was meager, adequate but the cook was a bit surley with guests, • We were charged less than they advertised, probably because we didn’t complain or ask for anything.

i checked in no coffee pot in room asked 3 times when i checked out still not coffee pot. room and hall had bad odor. a room for four adults and only 2 towels..furniture was falling apart.. will never stay here again

Upon check in at 10:30p.m. there was a long line at the desk. Three reservations had been lost and and 3 other people were hoping to get more towels. No towels were available....at all. The front desk help were rude and just laughed at the folks wanting more towels. The room was DIRTY!! There was popcorn all over the floor, garbage in one of the cans and the mirror above the sink was super dirty. The shampoo and things were tipped over liked it had just been tossed up there. There was one bath towel, one hand towel and 2 wash cloths. My husband and I slept fully clothed and wore our flip flops around the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Not sure what is inapproiate language this is a flea bag of a motel rooms dirty comfortors torn no light bulbs in lamps awful experience with room

Flea bag lights didnt work comfortors torn chair arms falling off no bulbs in lamps filthy

Continental breakfast sparse. Room was clean 3 of 4 lamps without bulbs Hotel and rooms require updating

The rooms were not good. There were stains on the floor, furniture, and bedding. The doors to the building were kept open by a rug. I will not stay there again. I would rather pay a lil extra and be comfortable. I thought 3 stars wouldn't be so bad but it was not good at all!!!!
