Great staff, beds a lil uncomfortable but overall everything was good!!

Stayed here the night of a concert and was very pleased with the staff and the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

This was a good hotel for the price. My wife and I spent the weekend at the hotel for her birthday. We just went to the boardwalk and to the movies. The hotel was in a good location, had a comfortable room, and the staff was nice. No real cons for this hotel.

This hotel completely met all my expectations. It was clean and comfortable and had ready access to the interstate. I would recommend it despite the location not being ideal.

Loved the location of the hotel. It was really easy to find. Staff was welcoming and the room was really spacious. The Shuttle had a few kinks so had to dock a point for amenities and when picking up before we left we found a bowl under the bed so I gave a 3 to cleanliness. Overall a good experience and would recommend staying here over the casino hotels if you are worried about money.

Nice, clean hotel, convenient to interstate. Friendly staff, we did not eat due to quick trip, but it smelled great in the morning and looked like a nice variety.

after a horrible night in a not so clean hotel, we were so relieved to arrive here and slept so well. There is no comparison.

I enjoyed my stay here, the inside of the hotel is really nice. Very modern and a warm inviting atmosphere. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. the entire hotel was also very quiet. The area is just okay, not bad or anything but I wasn't expecting it.

The hotel was nice and really clean! The location was GREAT! Just mins from the boardwalk! I was upset because FREE continental breakfast was NOT included as advertised. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay! I would probably stay on the other side so I can get the free breakfast though. Lol

Very dissatisfied by the room that we were given. We were in the room right next to a set of double doors that the staff used all night long. Every time someone used these doors it would slam behind them. Very little sleep due to the constant banging. There were multile rooms available when we booked and that should be the last room filled every night. No excuse!!! Won't be back!!!

Although i live in the city of Bossier i sometimes like a change in scenery. I enjoyed this gorgeous, quiet hotel. Overall a five star experience

The room was very clean. Loved the floors 1st time ever I didn't mine walking barefoot in a hotel bathroom. Room was exceptional as was the hotel. Great location close to all the Casino's and very easy to get back on interstate. Breakfast buffet was excellent staff was very nice at check in and the buffet. Overall experience was great!!

Great experience! Spur of the moment weekend getaway for the wife. Perfect spot. Great location, room, and personable staff! Highly recommended

This hotel was very nice at a good location. I expected the bed to be softer, but still very nice. We still slept peacefully.

First room had non-functioning AC controls. Second room had an entry door that worked if you pulled up when opening the door. Regardless, the room was clean and quiet and the stay was enjoyable. The breakfast attendant did not really want to be there, but the food was good.

We were going to my Class reunion and visited the Base while we were there. Except for the first night when some construction crews came in and smoked and drink near our room (they went home for the weekend and it was quite after that) Rates were OK and the free buffet was not bad. All the staff was nice desk, dining maids.

the hotel was okay, the staff was really good. [...]The staff told us that they were sorry and did not know why we were promised that particular room, when it was not available.[...]

I went with my 10 year old son for a mini mom and me vacation. We were looking for a nice hotel, great location, comfortable room, great amenities (pool, spa, etc) and VIEW. This was supposed to be a 3 star equivalent hotel, with a VIEW, pool, spa, etc. The lobby was fine, but they didn't have my reservation; no worries. but then I noticed we were on the ground level with doors opening to the outside, not a hallway. I also noticed a bunch of white trucks with people in them, dotting the parking lot. They looked like construction workers. We were being watched as we unloaded the vehicle and went to the room. When to the room, it was under an overhang connecting it to the lobby area, and the courtyard was still several feet away, meaning my door and most of the window view was a brick wall. Once inside, my heart sank and my son was so disappointed and even scared. THe first thing we saw was a big bug on one of the beds. Then in surveyance of the room, there was a crack in the middle of the ceiling that went completely across the whole ceiling; the front door had numerous screw holes for various locks that had apparently not held; the deadbolt looked flimsy. The refrigerator was perched on a stained wooden box. The tv was small with very little channels. The internet cable that was supposed to enable me to get free internet was BROKEN. The bathroom door trim was falling apart....the room looked very tired. We were really afraid to even sleep in the beds and had I not gotten there somewhat late, I would have refused it then. But as it was we were exhausted in a new city in an apparent questionable area and I didn't want to venture out looking for a new hotel after dark. We stayed one night (slept in the same bed for safety) and prayed no one would break in. In the morning we immediately packed up and went to the front desk. I was upfront about the reasons I was leaving and that this was not what the travel site said it was going to be and the clerk said, "Oh, that's ok, this hotel is due to be torn down next month anyway!!" I was appalled and left, figuring I'd lose my money, but it just wasn't worth it to put our safety at risk. SO we went to another hotel for the exact same cost and it was lavish with every amenity we expected with spotless comfortable rooms and a jacuzzi tub that my son totally enjoyed. So bottom line, I would NEVER recommend Bossier Inn and Suites to anyone, ever, in a million years!!!! The purpose of our trip was to have a mom and son vacation.

This was our first time staying here at the hotel but we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, it was comfortable, loved the bed and pillows!! Breakfast was better than most places we have stayed, although finding a place to sit on the weekends to have breakfast was terrible. We were very close to the casinos and the staff was more than helpful in getting us a good taxi service that was inexpensive. We didn't care much for the club they had there at the hotel. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!
