Have a stay in our charming studio style apartment. Going out is easy as it's not too far from everything. Staying in is tempting too as the claw foot tub beckons to be soaked in.

Roughly 2 miles from 435 & 4 miles from 35 its easy on easy off to any attractions near by. Whether it be the Legends area, Overland Park escapes or downtown KC fun, you'll only be 15 minutes away!

Access to the yard, fire ring, tree swing & jacuzzi are just a few perks.

Clean, Cute, Convenient Stay Near KC

Very cute place to stay near Kansas City! It was clean and very easy to find and get checked into. We loved the Farm Charn!
