Honestly, the front desk staff are what makes this place stand out. Friendly and personable. Makes a huge difference.

Had security cameras in the parking lot but seemed like not the best area. Pool/hot tub were closed which was one of the main reasons we decided to take a break on our roadtrip. Secondary lock in room was broke so clearly had been broken into at least once.

This is a clean place to stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast sucked but coffee is good. Let’s all agree that COVID has ruined hotels and let’s get back to hot waffles. Come on America, grow a pair, do some research and realize we’ve been duped by politicians and drug companies.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The beds were comfy.

I stay at Hampton Inn's frequently. I appreciate what you get for the price range of the rooms compared to other hotel chains. The beds are always new and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and well trained. The facilities a new, classy and well maintained. And the breakfasts are typically consistent and high-quality. This particular Hampton Inn measured up in all but a couple areas. One minor area was the front desk clerk that spoke so softly she was very hard to hear, even after asking her multiple times to speak up. The most disappointing part of the visit was the breakfast and breakfast attendant. I appreciate the healthy options that Hampton Inn offers but this particular attendant moved very slowly, let the oatmeal turn to a thick dry paste, and didn't keep the juices and smoothies stocked. Also, the coffee pots were not kept filled. Disappointing when you are used the the Hampton Inn traditions of having high quality breakfast that are kept ready and well supplied.

Nice hotel, close to highway good for business trips in the Overland Park area. Only problem was swimming pool out of order.

We booked a suite room to accommodate my six family members. However the hotel was conducting a redo of several rooms (not told to us) and did not have any spare rooms. This is a bait and switch. They did not have a roll away bed. When I asked what can be done, the night manager just stared at me and never answered. This same manager acted like I was bothering her and did nothing further for me. Surrounding hotels where booked full due to a soccer tournament. Pool guesses requested twice for towels, which no staff member ever brought to the pool area. A guess had to retrieve the towels from the office themselves. Hampton Inns are usually nice, but this one was an epic fail.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and never ending coffee a bonus. Nice to have a pool, hot tub and fitness room. Close to everything we wanted. We will stay again.

We were in Kansas City seeing the sites for a few days. There were 6 of us. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and sofa bed along with 2 queen beds. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We needed extra towels, they brought them right to our room in a timely manner. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items to choose from. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit and danish. Our stay was a very pleasant one.

Breakfast was outstanding! Pristine bedding. Sofa bed was not comfortable but regular beds were great!

The place was nice and the staff were nice. We did have an issue that went unresolved, but we came up with a workaround. So I have to knock them a bit since they did not follow-through to our satisfaction

Love this place. Stay here all the time! Great breakfast, pool and hot tub!

I liked the location in regards to getting around the city, but the hotels location between train tracks, a concrete plant, and the interstate made for some noise when you tried to sleep. Fortunately, my wife and I use a sound machine that drowned out this noise. Besides the outside noise, everything else was great!

The lobby and eating area were especially nice.

Good day Mr. Daniel, We do appreciate you doing the survey through bookings.com we do appreciate it most of the hotels in our area or have outside cameras so we can see what goes on and I do apologize that the pool was not open the hot tub has been down for quite a while you should been told that I do apologize once more and with the doorlock did you report this to anybody at the hotel so they could get the maintenance people to go straight up there once again it has been noticed and passed on to our heads of departments with all your problems we do thank you for your business we do hope to see you again in the future

Well the mask mandate was just lifted here in the Kansas City area and we have accordingly hired a breakfast attendant, hopefully on your next visit you can get your waffles on. Thanks for the business!
