The first night we got into our room, we found remnants of personal items from previous guests. Additionally, when we got into our bed, the sheets and blankets felt wet, as if they had recently been laundered (which is good) but not dried completely, which has the potential to breed mold. Furthermore, as we slept, I kept waking up in extreme amounts of pain, the mattress was awful. There was a huge dip that we did not initially notice because we were each sitting on either edge of the bed. To the credit of the hotel, Cesar did get our room changed promptly as well as gave us a partial refund. Although, it was extremely inconvenient to have to change rooms after we had just unpacked the night before, especially seeing as it was only a two night stay for us. The other thing that I felt was ridiculous was that we had to leave early for a softball tournament, so we left the building at 6:45a, breakfast starts at 7. We could not wait because if we did, my child would not have been allowed to play as her coaches are very strict about her being to the fields exactly one hour before play. Anyway, even though everything was being set out, and available, the staff would not allow us to take anything to go with us to the fields because it was not exact 7:00a yet. Also, children were allowed to run up and down the hallways and stomp on the floors without staff intervening. Oh, and they set off the fire alarm, which scared everyone. The odor of alcohol was also always very predominant.

Fast and friendly check in, room was very clean, and had a mini fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was more than usual continental things. I would stay here again for sure.

The laundry was open 24 hrs & the pool was nice but really cold, the fitness area was great and open 24 hrs & the breakfast was yummy :)

pictures showed a hot tub. We were told there wasnt one. Otherwise a nice hotel as we pass through

Great breakfast and breakfast space. Very clean. Quiet. Very nice hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and location was great for us.

Hotel was great but there was a large group staying there that included kids. I had to call front desk several times because of the constant thumping above me and running. Front desk told me that they were receiving tons of complaints. Please put groups with kids on the first floor. I had two kids with me that were annoyed at the commotion as well.

Decent rooms for the price. Lobby could be cleaner and more inviting. Breakfast not the best.

Nice hotel, clean and in good area. However, beware that staffs can enter room abruptly after knocking without giving you the chance to allow them come in or not... no privacy there

Great hotel to stay at for a business trip. The hotel as a whole could have been a little cleaner, but overall a great overnight stay.

Stayed here several months earlier and pleased. This stay was different. The desk staff didn't seem to be able to check us in properly or check us out. We were charged for the room a 2nd time and had to ask them to fix it. Seemed to be a problem for them as they could not figure out how to print off our bill. The room we stayed in looked clean, but there was a terrible musty smell. The room was warm when we arrived, so we turned the air conditioner down hoping it would take care of the smell, but it didn't. The breakfast was not good. The eggs seemed like they had probably been under the heat lamp a long time. This is such a new hotel, that it is a shame that it was not a better experience.

Newer facility, modern vibe, pleasent staff, defiantly recommend.

Best hotel stay I ever have had, they was very helpful with my nephew who has autism and his needs
