The house provided a lot of space for all 3 families to be together and have an ability to enjoy quiet time as well. it was very family friendly. The beds slept well, furniture was comfortable. Backyard had nice space for the kids to play. There were ample dishes, glassware and utensils. Overall, it was a great place to stay and enjoy the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree available to use. Our host was very responsive when needed too!.

Great location, clean and well equiped with extra toilet paper, kitchen tools etc...The only complaint was that we could not use the front deck which was where the best view of Sedona was.

Great Experience!

This was a "Celebration of Life" family experience. Mom passed at 99 and 8 months, and we wanted to celebrate what would have been her 100th birthday, and visit some of her favorite Sedona spots. We had a total of 6 families, 18 people, in the house, ages 2 to 80, and it accommodated us perfectly. We had common areas that provided for everyone getting together, at the same time, it provided enough separation for everyone to feel they had their space. There was a tray inside the front door where we could kick off our shoes, so added a pic to share a sense of the diversity of our group. Everyone indicated their beds were comfortable. The facility was clean, and any concerns we had were promptly addressed by our host. All our group felt it was the perfect accommodation for our event. Thanks to our host, Jared, for promptly responding to any of my questions.

Perfect Family Getaway in Sedona

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were simply incredible—watching the sun set over the red rocks was unforgettable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day Family Gathering

Family gathering for Memorial Day weekend plus a few days. Plenty of things to do in the Sedona area and at the house. Great VBRO for large family groups with kids of all ages. The house is amazing, super large with plenty of rooms. Tons of games and a great TV room.

Great place to hangout with friends/family

Beautiful spacious property with lots of amenities!! The beds were so cozy, neighborhood was very nice. Loved all of the entertainment areas, the coffee and the view!! Nothing better than waking up to the majestic beauty of the Sedona. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great house, needs maintenance

Enormous house, full of amenities and great location. Sedona is a wonderful place for a family gathering. It was below 40 degrees during the nights we (group of 12, mostly seniors) stayed there, and the heating system was not working at all on one side of the house, poorly on the other side. One of the 3 thermostats had no power and some of the living room vents were blowing COLD air. The host said there were space heaters in every bedroom (true except for the master bedroom). So this was obviously an ongoing issue that had not been mentioned to us. There is a slow flushing toilet in one of the ensuite bathrooms that inevitably backed up. All the plungers in the house were designed for sinks, not toilets. Asked host if they could send a plumber, took 9 hours to respond (after 11pm), and we were leaving the next morning. The door to the balcony is warped and doesn't lock so the house is not secure. But it was a fun weekend, and we would stay here again if these issues were fixed.

Perfect House for our large family

Spacious property for multiple families

We stayed in Sedona for our tiny elopement. This was a great spacious place to stay with both bride and groom’s families and some friends. Lots of room for folks with different sleeping schedules, and minimal noise transference. Easy communication.

Beautiful Property

This home was the perfect resting place for our group of 8 women. We were pleasantly surprised with the bedroom and bathroom situation as everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and many things we hadn’t even realized we needed. They thought of every last detail. Our group was thrilled with the accommodations and the location and would definitely utilize this property for future visits with larger groups.

Five Star Experience

We had an amazing stay at the house in Sedona. The location was perfect, offering stunning views or the red rocks and easy access to town and hiking trails. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the backyard while playing ping pong & cornhole. The game room with Xbox and PlayStation was an added bonus for the kids as well. The host was responsive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was great value for the money and we would definitely stay hear again on our next trip to Sedona.

Great Experience!!

Overall, great experience for our stay. We had some friends and family come from out of town for our wedding and this was a great place to accommodate us all. Everyone loved how big the place was with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as entertainment spaces. Definitely recommend for larger groups looking to stay in a great location. A great place for a large group

The property was a perfect place for our large group. Ample amount of beds and rooms. Almost every couch was a pullout sofa bed which was great in case we needed. The host accommodated our request for early check in and was so helpful getting an item left after checkout returned to us. Definitely recommend this house for your stay in Sedona!!

Perfect for BIG Groups

This house was simply magic. We had so much room we didn't know what to do with it. You can spread out and you don't feel like you're all on top of each other. We were a total of 18 people staying at the house and it was just perfect. Practically all the rooms have a designated bathroom and all the living areas just make this space so perfect for big groups. We had our wedding in Sedona and most of our immediate family stayed with us for 7 days. Everybody would come over to hang out with us and we utlized all the amenities which were perfect! Couldn't have been happier with our choice! Thank you Jared!!!!

Great Home for Large Parties!

My husband and I got married in Sedona a couple weeks ago. We had 17 guests fly out to attend and we all stayed at this house. It was amazing! It was absolutely perfect for our large group and it was more than spacious. Everyone was in awe of the house. It looks exactly as pictured and described. The property manager, Jared, was very responsive to my many messages before arriving. They were also very responsive while we were there when we had a couple quick questions. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend this house!! I wish we could rewind time and do it all over again!
