The staff was courteous especially Hope when we checked in. She gave my husband and I maps of the Sodona area. We got to our room and there was a gift for us on the tv stand. A bottle of wine with a bag of edible rocks and a happy birthday card even though we were celebrating our 32nd anniversary, lol.The bed was more firm than I prefer. The pillows made up for that though. Our shower malfunctioned to the degree that the knob you pull up on for water to come out of shower head would not let us do that. I had to rinse my husband off with water from the tub faucet that i put in the ice bucket.lol. The hot tub was very pleasamt to use and the lights around it made it magical. The breakfast un fortunately wasn't very good but we both made do. We stayed 12/24 to 12/27. The view from our balcony was beautiful.

The room was great. Hope & Chris were fantastic and were both very informative about the area. Hope went above and beyond to make me hot coffee when the coffee maker in my room stopped brewing HOT. I informed her so that it could be addressed prior to the next guest checking into that room as it was my last day. The weather was rainy the whole time I was there so I did not have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub which both looked nice. Fireplace was nice as was the jetted tub which had bath bombs & bath salts which were a nice touch. I highly recommend this place and I will be booking again the next time I return to Sedona.

I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi tub (twice!) and I loved every minute! The room also has a fireplace and a blanket to sit on for a romantic ambiance. There is also a mini fridge, TV with cable and a coffee maker. The lobby has vending machines and a fireplace with a sitting area (it was POURING rain after we walked over to get ice in the lobby so we ended up sitting in front of the fireplace while we waited for the rain to let-up! Very Nice!) The motel also has a hot tub and pool with a lift for those needing assistance getting in and out and a free continental breakfast with coffee that was plentiful and very tasty and the food was well-stocked. They did offer a breakfast burrito but they were all frozen and needed to be microwaved (bummer, but still good). Each room has a private balcony or patio where I enjoyed sitting to enjoy my morning coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend this motel for anyone visiting the Sedona area!
