THE SPACE:
This is the downstairs of a two floor duplex. It has two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, a gas fireplace, and central air and heating exclusive to the unit. It is a whole private apartment with its own private entrance. The back yard is also exclusive to your use and has two chairs and a fire pit.
There is a washer and dryer in this apartment, which you are free to use. It has its own private entrance with an electronic keypad entry. You will get your own code for entry.
I am available for questions during your stay. Unless you need something, I will not be bothering you.
Walking distance from the house is the Sedona film festival theaters, the AMC theater, the excellent Coffee Pot Restaurant, Starbucks, Bashas grocery store, The Vortex Coffee Shop (highly recommended), Pizza Lisa, Walgreens, Natural Grocers, Goodwill (you can get almost anything here including sometimes hiking shoes and boots), and several other places. A short walk back into the neighborhood will get you to the trailheads of Teacup and Dry Creek, trails that access hundreds of miles of trails throughout the national park. A short drive away is Whole Foods and Fresh & Natural Thai Kitchen.
Please park in the driveway by carefully backing your car down into the space in front of your unit. The driveway is on an incline and is best backed into so you don’t have to back up on an incline. You can position your car in front of the living room windows of The Woolf House.
The house is not sound proof, so you may hear guests upstairs. They will also hear you. It’s important to be mindful of this and not play loud music or television. We have added white noise machines and earplugs to the unit for guests who are very sensitive to sounds. Please remove shoes at the door. Leave the red rock dust outside in all its majesty. Please also mind the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No parties are permitted. Every person in the house for any amount of time must be on the reservation.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Sedona Trip
We had a lovely time at this rental! It was in the perfect central spot. The property was beautiful and peaceful, on a street away from the main road. The only thing we would have changed is the upstairs unit was very loud late into the night. Everything else was lovely!

Natural light, lovely decor and comfortable
This is lovely little place located in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It’s very comfortable and super clean. The neighbors are a little close but everything else is as described and wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time, and the apartment was centrally located for everything we wanted to experience in the area. The rooms were well furnished and very clean. Will keep this on our list of stays for our next adventure.

Holiday Weekend Getaway
My family of three decided to do something different for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were searching for something quiet, and good weather, and visually pleasing. Our needs were certainly met and we enjoyed our stay!

Great little place
Clean, great communication with property manager, close to everything (trails and restaurants and downtown Sedona). Only issues were navigating the driveway (steep, best to back in but it can be a busy street) and hearing other renters in the other units in the building. That being said, everyone respected the quiet by 10:00 pm rule. Overall a great place to come back to after busy days!

Cute Place
Location was great. The property was just what we needed size wise for two people. (Three people would be just as comfortable.) The second bathroom was a major advantage.

A Place of “our” Own
Perfect property for the 2 of us - visiting Sedona. The west end of town offers everything we needed and this quiet neighborhood location was perfect.
The owners have thought of everything- even provided Epsom Salts for a soak after a morning of hiking!
Grocery & Drug stores right at the bottom of the hill.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Woolf house apartment!

Great location
It is only 7 minutes drive to uptown Sedona. Driveway is extremly sloped. Kitchen & bedroom bathroom needs major updates. Kitchen floor is a step down from living room. The mini refrigerator was smaller than the one I used in the college dorm. Freezer space allows 2 very thin ice trays. No auto defrost, so it was iced over. We loved the 2nd full bathroom as there was three of us, 2 females & 1 male. Although we indicated 3 guests, there were only 2 pillows (not include decorative or sofa pillows) & no sheets for the futon in the living room. We contacted the owner & she responded quickly. Someone came & provided us with all that we needed within the day. There were plenty of towels & included some beach towels. Extra large washer & dryer, which we used once. It was nice, but loud. There were fragrance free laundry detergent & Mrs. Meyer's hand & dish soap. There was also large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
