Airport shuttle is a nice option to have especially with SeaTac and the surrounding area being so chaotic. It took about 40min from the time we called for the shuttle to arrive. Hotel building is older but the rooms have been updated and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety and the staff is friendly and helpful

Our airline canceled our flight till the next day so we booked this place since it had a shuttle to the airport and free breakfast and was a decent price. I actually really liked this place it was small and quiet and the room was a good size and I didn’t hear any noise until the morning. I would stay here again.

The hotel was acceptable for a stay before an early flight. It had some artificial air freshener smell in the room that was terrible. It was ok for one night, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The refrigerator was not working, which was a major inconvenience since we had leftover food to store before our early morning flight. There was also no lotion in the bathroom (bottle was empty), which added to the inconvenience. We only stayed for a few hours overnight before heading to the airport, so these issues were particularly frustrating. I recommend checking all appliances and amenities as soon as you check in, especially if you report issues late, since there may not be any staff available to address repairs or missing items at that time.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast food was very nice and helpful. The breakfast itself was a disappointment. There were not enough waffle makers for the crowd. There was a lack of variety and only one fruit option. For the amount of people wanting breakfast there was not adequate options and space.
