This location expertly blends 2,200 sq. feet of indoor home and 2,800 sq. feet of vibrant outdoor living in one of Seattles best neighborhoods, Montlake. Detailed, comfortable, and spacious, this home is a perfect spot for unwinding while visiting. Right across the street from 50 acre Interlaken Park and up the street from the Arboretum, this home is the perfect refuge from the city, while being right near it. This is a two story historic home + ADU basement. The home is a duplex with the host living in the basement. There are no shared spaces, the house and garden is only used by guests.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
