I know their price is very fair considering its location. However, they could do better regarding general cleanness and breakfast. The moment we stepped into the lobby, those leaves that got blown from outside immediately raised red flags.. Once we got to our room, the soap remaining in the bathroom sink and blood stains on the bedding confirmed our belief that they really have to upgrade their cleaning standards.. Their "included breakfast" was also disappointing. We thought it's buffet-style with warm egg scrambles and self-made waffles, just like others in the region with the same price range, however, turned out to be that it's a grab-and-go style, with cheap bagged muffins and coffee. I would say the only thing they have that in par with a 5-star hotel, is the price of their bottled water. It's $2 each, and they don't have any drinking fountain anywhere... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even with it's friendly pricing...

It’s great. The room was clean, and organized. Well taken care of. I’d recommend anyone to stay here.

Checkin was smooth, desk people were responsive to cleaning requests, and kitchen was good size. No dishes or utensils were immediately available.

Lobby doors and lobby were very dirty. Lobby table table covered in dust. Towels were small and very thin. No coffee makers and no maid serve had to go and get clean towels from the lobby.

Stayed for 7 days, we expected one room clean but later on informed that stay needs to be more than 7 days for cleaning. Overall good value.

For an inexpensive hotel, it was comfortable and I had a nice stay. Although it's a little run down, the room was comfortable and clean (mostly, such as the microwave turntable had crumbs on it, there were 'things' left under the bed and behind the dresser, dust, remnants of previous guests). Bathroom was clean, shower could have been hotter. It's easy to get to, only 11 miles from downtown Seattle. Bed/pillows were comfortable. I'd stay there again.

The room smells bad. The beds (two doubles) are not comfortable.

Good stay at this hotel for a 2 day work trip. It is easy to find, and well-run. Clean, friendly, safe. I would have preferred a few more items at the grab and go breakfast. Otherwise, no complaints at all. I would stay here again, no hesitation.

I enjoyed my stay here and the staff is good and cooperative. Will be good cheap option for anyone.

The internet service was not at all good. The internet speed is very slow and they provide two internet types, one is free and other is charged.

I was in Bellevue for a conference. Great location right off of 405. An easy drive from the airport. Close enough to downtown that I was able to walk for a nice dinner when it was not raining.

The perfect word would be "'mediocre" the room was somewhat clean, the breakfast is SO FAR from what I thought it would be. Not even a normal continental breakfast. Literally fake creamer, coffee, organizes and packaged muffins. Bed was comfy and staff was SOOO SWEET!!! I would go back just because of how helpful Jayme was!

Better than other Extended Stay hotels that i've stayed at. Nice, clean, great location!

The room and hotel was adequate for my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel because we needed a kitchen for our stay. The kitchen was very basic with only a few amenities, it did not have everything we needed. It was decent, fairly clean and was a decent price. Staff was great!

I stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest nice hotel I could find close to Seattle. It was close to the freeway, good location, good parking. Room was very clean and looked like the 120 holiday inn rooms near Seattle. Kitchen was great, although there was only 2 of everything. Free WiFi worked good. Bed was comfortable, down pillows, flat screen tv. Breakfast consisted of muffins, fruit, coffee, granola bars, tea, and hot chocolate. Hot and tasted fresh.

good place near bellvue downtown

Stayed for 7 days, we expected one room clean but later on informed that stay needs to be more than 7 days for cleaning. Overall good value.

nice for what it is
