Staff was very helpful and courteous. Helped with shuttle service to the Amtrak station. Offered a free shuttle to the light rail station. Very nice people.

They are close to the airport and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The Airport Shuttle is prompt and friendly driver.

Comfortable, affordable, adequate for 1 night stay.

Good price, poor parking, polite efficient reception, good location, old lobby furniture

Poor experience...hotel is very dated and needs remodeled. Door frames in rooms showing rust, wall paper peeling off, carpet in dis-repair, bathroom flooring peeling up, etc. Breakfast was interesting in that there were no tongs to retrieve breads, etc. Lots of hands in the bread holder! Garbage left in stairwell at night.

Parking was terrible, very small spaces encouraging dings and dents. Breakfast was even worse. Weak coffee, no lids for the coffee, the only fresh fruit were apples that were hard as cue balls. Staff did not want to be there, surly. The room was very small, no outlet near the bed, TV was microscopic. We'll never stay there again.

Staff were friendly and answered any and all questions.

It is clean but tired and not very well maintained

Continental breakfast was disappointing. Waited at Airport over half hour waiting for pick up by courtesy van. Tried three different rooms to get one that had working TV. Other than that, rooms were clean and pleasant and price was good.

the desk chair in the bedroom was too springy and far back leaning. can tip over backwards if your body weight is on it. carpets are "sticky" from the carpet protecting sprays. feels like 3M glue on those paper postITs. breakfast: no hot food. but i would sleep there again if desperate. (e.g. other hotels are booked solid)

The hotel was ordinary, though perfectly fine. The atmosphere seemed a little depressing and the breakfast was a bit meager - no protein except for yogurt. The staff was friendly and the room had a jacoozie tub.

Friendly staff; the "continental" breakfast could use better coffee.

Surface clean enough. However light switches, AC/Heating unit pretty grudgy. Electrical sockets scary as so old and worn out prongs would stay plugged in. This is a safety hazard. Bath mat had frayed edges and needed to be careful not to get toe stuck in it and trip. Bathroom fan extremely loud. However excellent water pressure for shower with plenty of hot water. Adjustable shower nozzle with massage was very nice. Beds were firm. We would stay again just hope they take care of outlets and switches.

The room had a musty smell, more like a gym locker actually. It was hot when I entered so I turned the AC on. The AC had a rattle that was more than annoying. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I expected more noise from its high traffic location, but that noise wasnt the issue. I could literally hear conversations in the room next door, toilets flushing, a rattling pipe when the rooms nearby ran the shower, etc. Earplugs turned out to be a life saver when it came to sleeping through the night. There is a family restaurant withing walking distance and I would recommend that over the delivery menu in your room (unless you are really craving pizza or calzones)

Check in was good, front desk person was courteous. Room had a some weird smell and washroom floor was sticky. Furniture was old and dirty. Bed was okay. Carpet was not clean. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I am not sure how this hotel got 4 star rating. I would give one because of the weird mound smell I couldn't sleep well bcz of the smell.

The staff here is superb - the best! I was moved to a suite on the top floor for no additional charge.

mean staff.....and racist as well....the room was not even sanitize and clean. and you can smell the feet of somebody in the bed and everywhere since the floor is covered with carpet.

Not sure how long ago the pictures you see when booking were posted. Days Inn must have just given up on this one.

Wifi was a JOKE. Was almost nonexistent. Almost no food at breakfast or supples to eat. Very disappointed

It's pricey for this type of hotel. It's close to airport so for a night would be ok.
