When I walked into the property the front desk guy was watching what I believe to be a porn. I heard what was being said on his entertainment and it went to the effect of a girl asking another girl if she could get a half of a handjob to the nastiest thing she could find what would it be. He was more interested in watching that than checking in. It took 15 minutes to get checked in and the whole entire time he was watching his little show and not paying attention to what he was doing. He left my card in the credit card machine I ended up having to pull it out cuz it was beeping. I got the paperwork to sign for the registration and had to ask him to give me a key. He ran the key through the machine threw it on the counter didn't tell me where my room was but it was upstairs or downstairs. So I asked him where it was and he said it's down the hall well that tells you a lot. Went to my room and the key he gave me didn't work so I had to walk all the way back down to the front desk to get one that did. Worst hotel experience I have ever had on top of that the rooms are filthy they stink there's holes in the walls and stains on about everything including the curtains. If there was the ability to give a -10 this place would be the recipient of that rating.
Didnt like large cash deposit required upon check in. 100 dollars. No juice
Booked it for the hot tub. Not advertised anywhere it's been drained for covid reasons. Hotel check in person was rude. Refrigerator was loud but AC was even worse. Couldn't even use AC overnight because it was so loud.
Location was good. Nothing we disliked.
I didn't like that I needed to pay a cash deposit for "incidentals" and that I didn't know I'd need to do that until I got to the hotel. The desk and nightstand were dirty - like they hadn't been wiped down since the last guest. The staff was patient in explaining the deposit requirement. Check out was slow because they had to go inspect my room before returning my cash deposit. Had this requirement been communicated to me before I made the reservation and pre-paid my room, I could have either chosen a different hotel, or had the cash with me. I expected better of a Wyndam property.
Back to a highway
Great place to sleep on the road. No complaints except it’s be nice to have toothbrushes available.
Druggies bad in this area. We had one almost back is over then pull up next to us walking to the front entrance. Very uneasy feeling. Room smelled of urine. I stayed there a year ago and it was not like this at all.
The lack of noise It's overpriced. No cable. No food. Felt like I was visiting a person in kent jail!!! And no refund of150$$$ for heck if I kjow
Pleasant receptionist, check in smooth and check out fast
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy too.
The entire hotel was dirty, specially the room, the toilet was not even flushed, the sink was looking horrible.
the elavator permit long expired and you could only use main entrance
The room was clean and a good price for the area. The elevator was a little scarey it made strange sounds and very slow. The staff was nice. Breakfast was horrible. Not a great selection. Everything was cold and had to be microwaved.
Older hotel. Reasonable price compared to other airport properties. You had to warm up breakfast yourself in microwave (eggs). Night desk staff not overly welcoming, but am person was nice. Bottom line, if you want a less expensive place to rest your head the night before an early am flight it's ok. I would not stay here for several days if visiting Seattle.
