Disliked: Cleanliness
Location, garage and the view was amazing. The way over priced apartment needed a lot of TLC as many things were run down, broken or not functional. The listing is inaccurate to what was provided so be prepared as only the bare minimum is there. The apartment is on the top floor and extremely hot in the summer. The bedroom has no functional window so no matter how many fans are provided the apartment doesn’t cool down. The owner is nice and some what available but the apartment should be in better shape for the rental fee.
