It was great until we went to the pool. It had a layer of funk and hair on top of the pool water.

Very nice room and the staff was great! The ONLY complaints I have are the lack of towels at the pool. But I guess it could be worse.

Great check in with Ernest and another lady asking about our trip, blonde lady on the second day was Rude when I reported we couldn't get the card reader to work to enter the parking garage. Kids loved the activity center and pool. Breakfast was perfect both mornings!

Loved having the extra room to spread out. Also, it gave us the flexibility to have the dog with us.

The room was comfortable enough and we did not hear noise from adjacent guestrooms. Location was nice as it was walking distance to the Lake and was several short bus rides to get to the Space needle and Music museum area. A negative was the 30 dollar charge to park a rental car in the hotel garage mainly because the charge was not mentioned until we were checking out. Breakfast offerings were numerous and acceptable.

Always good to visit Seattle. My hotel stay was very pleasurable. Great location & everything at the hotel was as expected, no problems checking in, room was clean & very comfortable at a good price, Definitely will book my next visit here again.

The hotel has a good location and the rooms were comfortable. The Front desk staff was great. We found the parking to be expensive (for a Residence Inn) and the spaces very small leaving little room to exit the car. Breakfast selection and seating was very limited and the food service staff were not very friendly/helpful.

front desk staff very helpfull with tips for day trips and transportation available.

The room was comfy and the location is great. Loved the complementary coffee in the lobby...and the staff was lovey.

Took family of nine on vacation and this hotel is not close to any thing. It cost a bus fare (both ways) to get to downtown or any where else you need to go and the bus or street line both have a poor system of paying. It was a cost of $20.00 one way for us to go anywhere. The hotel was not helpful in helping us find the different ways to get around. The breakfast buffet was good but other than that the hotel lobby and service left something to be desired. Would not return to this hotel next year.

Loved the lobby, pool, breakfast and rooms. Very reasonable and perfect for teens. Will try to book every time family goes to Seattle.

We were so happy with our entire experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were in walking distance to the Space Needle, it was very easy to get to Pikes Market, Quest Center, and the harbor was steps away.

Very nice, comfortable and close to attractions i.e. Pike Place Market

My family was very excited for our trip to Seattle. I was nervous to travel with my 2 year old, so I intentionally booked my stay at "Residence Inn" because of the increased space and the kitchen. I was pleased to know that there was one in downtown Seattle, and at a reasonable price. The staff was very accomodating to our every need, from arranging a town car, to extra towels, to directions to the nearest grocery store. They even had a grocery service if we wanted, just give them a list, and they would have our groceries by the afternoon!! It was a very impressive hotel, luxurious, five star service. The complimentary breakfast buffet was unbelievable including eggs, pancakes, french toast, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, potatoes, and a belgian waffle maker!! The only drawback if any, which I already knew before I booked, was a fee for parking $25/day, and the spaces were a little tight for a mini-van. But I expected it, so it wasn't so bad. You expect to pay for parking in Seattle, where we had to pay $4/hour to park to see Pike's market and the waterfront. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

The two room suite set up was perfect for traveling with teenagers. Location was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very clean

It's a nice hotel, but when we got there, we were told the pool was out of order. I have 4 kids and they were disappointed to say the least. Parking is an extra $20 a night and it is the tightest parking I have ever seen in my life. If I were a big man, there is NO way I could have gotten out of my car- really! Other wise it's a decent place.

We came to Seattle to relax after spending some time in Whistler. We found the rooms to be very large, the beds comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast quite good (for those who got up in time for it). The full-size kitchen was a great bonus but we didn't really use it. The pool, hot tub, and exercise rooms were nice as well. We lucked out during our stay because on Wednesdays the hotel provides a complimentary dinner with free alcohol; the food was surprisingly tasty. The hotel is located close to Pike Place and the Space Needle in a quiet neighborhood, though it wasn't too pedestrian-friendly during our stay because of the nearby road construction. The one down sides to the hotel are a lack of free parking ($20 per day) and the garage is a bit cramped if you're parking an SUV (Ford Explorer).

We had a great experience. Front desk staff was very friendly. Location was great and easy to get too. Best part was the modern style room. It exceeded our expectations. We almost decide to stay in the room versus going out! Since it was a short stay, we opted NOT to pay the fee for the parking garage. This put us in the back of the building. There were no back doors to enter with our key, so we had to walk around the building with our stuff in 30 degree weather. Our mistake! Overall great experience and will pay for parking next time! :)

I have stayed closer to downtown Seattle usually but this was also a convenient location to great food and pretty sites.

We took our son here for his birthday celebration, and he had a blast. The pool was full of kids and they all had a great time, plus having 2 TVs in the unit was also a big plus! But, there was no oven, so we had to order pizza out instead of cooking frozen ones. I would recommend it highly! The breakfast buffet was amazing!
