I have stayed in different Residence inn's around the country, but this location was my favorite.

Over it was good. One thing I would have to say is that the mattresses are super hard. Definitely can use new ones. They have a bar section, but unfortunately, the three days that I was there it was closed. overall it was pretty clean, the staff was nice.

Juliana made our stay wonderful! Her customer service was top notch!

It was wonderful!! Super clean and friendly staff.

Great, spacious rooms and breakfast space.

This hotel is very conscientious about Covid-19 safety. All staff are kind, positive and eager to serve. The environment is pleasant and restful.

I must preface this by saying we stayed on New Year’s Eve, so it’s understandable that the night might be a little wild, but... The hotel’s “no-smoking” policy was not followed or enforced. Numerous guests were out smoking on their balconies & in their rooms all night long. Stinky smoke filled out room. The topper of the night: At 3:00am we awoke to yelling, banging, and a woman screaming. Evidently a domestic disturbance in a room a few down from us. We (and other guests) alerted the front desk who then contacted police. The altercation lasted almost two hours. I’ll spare the details, but it was quite scary with screaming and cops in the hallway outside our door. I watched cautiously from the peep hole. We left the hotel a few hours later. Now, of course the altercation is not the fault of the hotel, but hotel officials have not reached out to us other than to send us a receipt for our incidentals. Other than the sleepless/scary/smoky night, it’s a nice hotel, wonderful lake view location, big rooms, comfortable bed, and felt very clean during COVID-19.

Our room wasn't really clean, in the bathroom baseboards were very dusty ( full of hair) sam on wall.. you d sit on toilet looking at hair on floor. Pool is so tiny , looks in real life like for couple people only. But the most disturbing for me was the fee to park the car. This was the first time when i was made to pay for it. Never before i had to pay for the car to park by the hotel. $90 for 2 days. For that reason i will not be coming back.

Easy access, secure parking, nice size rooms. Spacious areas to visit in the lobby area. facility geared towards longer staying customers.

We had a good experience overall. At check in they were really busy and were checking people in “first come first served” type of deal, although there were reservations. They wrote our name and number down to call us when our room was ready but didn’t ever call. I would up calling 2 hours after our check in time and then they said the room was ready. They did allow us access to the parking garage and pool before we checked in which was nice. The free breakfast was great! The room set-up was great! The location next to Lake Union was also great! The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely on the small side.

Wish I'd discovered this hotel on previous visits. we had a suite and it was perfect, and less expensive than two rooms at other hotels. We could all hang out together in the living room while having privacy in separate bedrooms. Clean hotels are very important and this place was perfect. One of the main reasons we chose Residence Inn was that breakfast is included. We don't have to waist time looking for someplace to eat before we start the day. The only disappointment was that our room was not ready until 6:30 pm. They say checkin is at 4. On the other hand, they did allow us a late check out.

The hotel was lovely convenient highway access, the hotel staff was very helpful in finding my left behind item and mailing it back to me. can’t wait to see what the Marriott in California has to offer .

It was great until we went to the pool. It had a layer of funk and hair on top of the pool water.

Very nice room and the staff was great! The ONLY complaints I have are the lack of towels at the pool. But I guess it could be worse.

Great check in with Ernest and another lady asking about our trip, blonde lady on the second day was Rude when I reported we couldn't get the card reader to work to enter the parking garage. Kids loved the activity center and pool. Breakfast was perfect both mornings!
