Different home same great experience

We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey.

Very Bad Communication

Very bad communication with host, and they backed out of the rental the night before the start of the booking. They sent me an additional rental agreement to sign the night before the reservation started when I reached out to ask about arrival instructions. Then, when I started asking questions about the additional agreement, they told me to cancel the reservation. Extremely poor communication, I would not recommend anyone stay at thjs property.

Ladies golf getaway

We are golf fanatics and we love to golf Monterey Pebble Beach. We had a great time and hopefully will do this monthly. Don’t forget to check out downtown Carmel.
