When we got there to check in , they was cancelling everyone reservation due to air conditioner was down

Location right off 95 so was good for stop in. Hotel bit dated and sheets were moldy. Bathroom was in need of updating

I was very ill and unable to make the trip to Georgia.

When I checked in and attempted to go to my room after a 7 hr drive, as soon as I opened the door, TWO roaches went scurrying on the floor. Went & got another room down the hall & didn't notice it immediately but the shower/tub was dirty...it still had a dirt ring around it from the last person that used it and the toilet was dirty. B/c it was so late, I just cleaned the toilet & kept it moving. Upon checking out, I asked the desk clerk to give me something reflecting a zero balance b/c they took my cc info & she acted like it was pulling teeth...the over all attitude was less than pleasant considering what I just went thru in their nasty hotel.

Location is great. Not well maintained. Breakfast could use variety (same thing available every day of our 4 night stay)

Lack of employees engagement, two missed wake up call, desk completely indifferent The jewel in the crown, cockroaches crawling in the bathroom on a third floor guest room, ask for ketchup & hot sauce for breakfast, the so called lady chef answered “corporate standards’ I doubt perhaps owner ‘s guideline! This property needs a solid manager & owners attention

It was convenient, but unkempt and dirty. Room smelled and poor housekeeping.

Loved the inside corridors. I was traveling with my daughter. I did not like the condition of my bed spread. It was ripped.

The pull out mattress was dirty, stained, and smelled.

What I didn't like is booking through ORBITZ, I will never use them again. They are a rip off in price, they don't/didn't offer any discounts of any kind. I'm done with ORBITZ

The staff were awesome in the breakfast was good. I wish they had a high chair for a toddler so we can all eat together more easily. Also I thought it was strange to have to buy water instead of it being available to refill our water bottles. The staff were awesome and the breakfast was good. There is an ice machine but no way to fill a water bottle in the lobby especially in a hot climate.

Basic hotel but it worked for a quick overnight during our travels. Price was decent. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the floor didn’t look like it was vacuumed.
