Very nice place to spend a few days at while in Historic Savannah. Close to everything. Easy walk to most attractions. 20 minutes or less. Restaurants literally outside the entrance door. The apartment itself was as advertised. Clean, furniture and bed were comfortable. Everything you need to cook a meal if you don’t feel like going out. Construction going on nearby at the moment, but I didn’t really notice any noise from it. I found on street parking on Barnard St. About 2 blocks west of apartment. Only have to pay $24 a day—-8am-8pm Mon-Friday. Much cheaper than parking in a private garage. Recommend staying here if you get an opportunity. I will definitely be staying again, hopefully on all future trips to Savannah.

I stayed in the two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was huge, super clean and comfortable. And I want to thank the hotel for helping me get my medicine back. I was already at the airport when I remembered that I forgot my medicine in the fridge. I called and said that if I called an Uber, they could deliver my medicine to the Uber. They were super attentive and delivered my medicine to the Uber so that it could deliver it to me at the airport.

Historic Savannah Done Right

Self-check in and communication leading up to check in was great. Simple instructions for access. The building is old (of course, since its historic Savannah), but modernized and renovated to where it becomes a very vibrant blend of old and new. Some of the items in the unit (ones we didn't use or need) were in need of replacement like cookware and some of the other utensils, etc. but that didn't bother us. The building can be a bit noisy from unit to unit or from outside, but it was quiet when we needed it to be. Also, we expect noise when located right in the heart of historic Savannah. The location is excellent for walkability to the area and we would definitely stay here again.

Not bad… but not great

I intentionally chose this place for its urban aesthetic. The exposed brick, bohemian, NYC-artist vibe (SCAD is just around the corner) took me right back to my 20s. I rented the two-bedroom unit on the second floor. It’s a spacious apartment, not a hotel room, and that’s what I want. It was clean and well-equipped with a great kitchen (full fridge and dishwasher), washer and dryer, sofa bed, nice TV, and two full bathrooms. Truly ideal for a family. So why not five stars? A few reasons: First, the smell. There was a strong, musty odor that really lingered in the air. Something old, antique, maybe water damage? I noticed a similar smell in other buildings nearby, so it might be an age thing. Still, it was unpleasant enough that I had to use air fresheners and spray several times a day. It was especially bad at night. Second, the noise. On the weekend, the street noise gets intense! Constant revving engines, loud music, the whole deal. Definitely something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Third, the elevator was out of order for a few days, which was inconvenient. Minor note: some of the cookware wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Not all, but a few items needed washing before use. Overall, pound for pound, it’s in a great location, feels secure, and the price was fair. The photos are accurate for the most part, though they can’t capture the smell or the weekend noise. So close to being fantastic. I don’t think I’d stay again, but it’s not a bad option.

Great apartment shame about the noise

This apartment is great. Location is perfect rand the place is huge, well equipped, good air con comfy beds everything you need. The downside is the noise! Didn’t have a good nights sleep on any of our 3 nights :-(
