The room smelled like a wet basement. The mattresses, as well as the bedding itself were stained and like sleeping on a bag of baseballs. There was no light other than the heat lamp in the bathroom. The bathtub was cracked and had been poorly repaired many times. I put the "Do not disturb" sign on ...
When you walk into the casino there is the strong smell of smoke. But not in the room. However, the walls are very thin. We heard guests in adjacents rooms talking and TV programs playing in other rooms. The staff and the front desk were very pleasant, courteous and professional.
We got the king suite with the pull out couch and it had plenty of room for my 2 year old to run and play! The breakfast was great and the staff was friend;y! The only reason I gave the "Romm Cleanliness" a 4 is because it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned out from the install (we were the ...
The location was a little strange and hard to find since it is not on a major street, but the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly even though they couldn't recommend a local breakfast restaurant. The room was clean and well maintained and the climate control was good.
We arrived late after driving for 12 hours. The desk clerk was nice enough to phone the hotel bar to make sure they would remain open to serve us s few cocktails. Bartender was very friendly. Nice clean place.
I'd be surprised if this place was still open a year from now. It looks abandoned from the outside In the room, the carpet was disgusting and poorly patched in places. The sheets were stained and there were stains and hairs on the pillow cases indicating that they had not been changed. There were ...
Very good rate. Good stay. Relative was in hospital. Needed low price / good quality hotel. Comfortable room not too hard too find. Will stay again. Friendly desk staff. Did not go broke. The kitchen was an added bonus. I did not use it (only refrig and microwave).
I’ve stayed at this hotel before and have enjoyed my stay both times. Will stay here again.
The rooms are relatively large and very well laid out. I have stayed several times over the past 10 years. The staff is always very nice and they offer a very nice buffet style breakfast. The rooms have a lounging area with a couch, a little area with a desk, and what I would call a kitchenette area with a mini refrigerator and small sink. The lavatory counter has adequate space. It's fits my needs exactly.
Hotel staff was great. Our room had stained carpet and smelled bad. The heat had been shut off so it felt like an ice box when we walked in. Turned the heater on and it didn’t work. Only would heat to about 73 degrees when it was set for 85. Called the dront desk about it and they offered to switch rooms but we had already unpacked. They did offer some extra blankets which was a help. Unfortunately we got what we paid for. Cheap room that looked like a cheap room. Won’t be staying there again.
overall is was a very positive experience. check in was quick and easy, staff efficient and friendly - room clean and comfortable
