There were groups of people drinking in the parking lot as smoking weed. Hole in the bathroom door. Paint on the floor and the hot and cold were not working correctly for the shower. Pool was not open, neither was the spa. The front desk help was a joke. Never Ever Ever Ever stay in this junk heap.

Our stay was good, but we were not happy with the deposit arrangements. It took minutes to take the deposit from us, but it to 10 days to get it back. We can only hope that we get it all back.

they now require a $100 deposit if you pay it with your card it takes 7-10 days to get it returned. If you pay cash then you wait while they go and inspect your room. Breakfast was served in crockpots. you could tell it was prepared in the crockpots since the sausage was soaking in water and was basically boiled. The biscuits were still in the bag that that they came out of the freezer in and were just tossed in the crockpot to warm up. I used to stay when it was the Ramada and it was much better. My room was advertised to have a private hot tub, and it did not. The Pool and Spa were closed and appear to have been for quit a while now. This one is now off my list of places to stay in Tulsa now.

Came here for a crash pad after an event. Legit just needed a bed. The staff was super friendly and nice and the room was basic but clean. The only thing kinda off was in the middle hall had a slight Smokey covered with vanilla smell but that may just be from former customers not obeying the no smoking rules. Not necessarily the property’s fault. Definitely may be staying here again if I need to come back to Tulsa. Definitely worth the money. Really sad I didn’t get to check out the pool so maybe next time!
