Not sure if it was the crack pipe we found in the drawer, the hair on the tub walls and floor, the fact that there was no elevator, or that the bedding only consisted of a white sheet and a pad to keep us warm. Photos were deceiving. Chose this room for the Radisson name. I associate the name with a quality property.
It’s a bit away from highway. The area is not very commercialized. They only provide a simple breakfast bag. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

I called orbitz and the hotel to cancel. I had a family emergency and called to see if i could get a refund. I really wanted to use it for another time
Did not like that it was not clean. Room was not well Maintained carpet was worn and dirty.
The guy on duty was nowhere to be seen. I went looking for him and he was in a closet doing something. He looked at me and I said we wanted to check in. He said he'd "be there in a minute." Really? When he did come to the desk he was rude and had a bad attitude all the way through. Asked me how I was going to "secure the room" I said I had secured it online, did he mean how I wanted to pay for it? He said "It's the same thing, secure or pay for it." I asked if there was an elevator, and he looked at us appalled and said "It's only 1 floor." I have a back problem and have trouble carrying my suitcase up the stairs. I don't know what they do with handicapped people.
Under construction, inside rooms need better ventilation, they are moldy.
In the middle of remodeling. My husband tripped over an extension cord carelessly strung across the hallway. The rooms smelled like paint. It was dusty. We had to ask for fresh towels, coffee and cups for our room. The main staff member was pleasant. Conditions may improve in the future, but my husband and I will not be returning. We were visiting Tulsa under difficult circumstances in the first place and hoped to have a comfortable place to retreat to. This was not our experience.
Old inside and out. Stained furniture and carpet. Tub looked dirty or stained
No indoor pool. Weather wasn't good for swimming. But overall it was convenient to shopping and eating.
No elevator at this hotel - fortunately only 2 floors.
We had a great stay for 3 nights. I had surgery and was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and that was very important for my healing process. Breakfast was decent and very clean cafeteria. I have no complaints

We apologies for the inconvenience We have finished renovation and there is top sheet and blanket and flat sheet to cover also there is extra blanket if needed. Two story building no elevator and web site not publishing elevator. We are sorry. We value guest comments and certainly fix issues. We hope you will give us opportunity to serve you in future.
