The room smelled of urine could not tell if the urine was on the floor or in the heater of the vents, they were unable to move us rooms.They did give us a mere spray that lasted a whole five minutes .This building's pretty ran down.

We arrived at about noon. Knew there was a chance our room would not be ready. There were two cars in parking so thought it wasn’t full. When asking the front desk about checking in so we could leave our things before going on a lunch date, we were informed that no rooms were available right that minute and if we wanted to check in before 3pm, there would be a $40 early check in fee. We went on to lunch and checked in at 3:06. On checking in, there was another person at the front - a less-than-welcoming man, who we found it hard to understand. Rooms were clean and adequate for a quick overnight stay, but do not recommend this. There are many other nearby options.

Strangely, we were only given one set of towels even though the reservation was clearly for two. The “breakfast” was also a huge disappointment. The drink machine was broken, there was a waffle iron but the batter dispenser was completely empty, and there was no milk for the cereal. There wasn’t even jam to spread on the toast (at least the toaster appeared to be working). Finally, there is supposedly a pool that is open at the time of our stay, but it was covered over. I will say that the one front desk staff person was extremely friendly and helpful. This clearly wasn’t his fault. The management simply hasn’t invested in the upkeep for this property to make it a pleasant stay for guests. The excellent customer service is the only reason I haven’t given this hotel 1 star.

Great room, breakfast was pitiful

Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The lobby and breakfast area were hot. CAH537774304 Coffee was lukewarm and bad. Breakfast choices were lacking. Juice machine was out of order. No milk for cereal. Bread was stale and no butter or jelly. Eggs were rubbery and cold.

We booked through Expedia where listing said pool and breakfast. After a ten hour drive and arriving, the stench of feces smacks you in the face as you enter the lobby. I wait at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes for someone to come. I ask about the pool since it’s covered. He says it’s not working. I said we can’t stay here and would like to cancel. He says it’s completely up to Expedia. I call Expedia and they say they have to call the hotel. The representative comes back and says the hotel will not cancel and refund. Very disappointing.
