Il 6/8 scorso siamo sopraggiunti in qs Villaggio prenotato tramite il vostro sito ci è stato dato come alloggio una camera di circa 12 mq con letto matrimoniale, senza divano letto né angolo cottura e non “l’appartamento, terrazzo 5th” di 40 mq con letto matrimoniale, divano letto (queen) e angolo cottura. La stanza assegnataci non era inoltre pronta in quanto sia i tubi del lavabo che il frigorifero sono stati installati dal proprietario alle ore 23.00 del giorno del nostro arrivo. In risposta alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato comunicato che il problema si era verificato in quanto il prezzo applicato da Expedia non era quello relativo all’appartamento indicato e che la prenotazione era stata comunicata alla struttura solo 1 settimana prima quando ormai le disponibilità erano esaurite. Dopo lunghe lamentale e rimostranze, ci hanno offerto un diverso alloggio solo da giovedì 8 agosto e con il pagamento di un supplemento di euro 200,00; abbiamo accettato questa proposta in quanto non avevamo altre alternative, ma quando giovedì ci hanno sottoposto un appartamento molto più grande di quello da noi prenotato e ci hanno richiesto il pagamento in contanti in quanto non era possibile effettuare una transazione con la carta di credito, alla nostra richiesta di avere una ricevuta, i due proprietari ci hanno proposto un altro appartamento con caratteristiche simili a quello da noi prenotato e senza supplemento. A mio giudizio la struttura è bella e nuova ma la gestione NO!

Une maison spacieuse pour 4 personnes avec une belle piscine. Parking dans la propriété. Localisation très calme tout près des plus belles plages de l'île. 2 restaurants a proximité immédiate à pied . Vehicule nécessaire car la situation est excentrée.
