We loved staying at the Costa Grand for our first trip to Greece. It’s close to the airport, on the beach, and next to a large strip of restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, had plenty of storage, and a balcony that had a partial ocean view. The property has multiple pools right off the beach, chairs on the beach and right off the restaurant. The restaurant is convenient, but in our opinion over priced and not as good as the multitude of options just a walk away. I had a relaxing facial on the second day that left my skin glowing the rest of the trip, and my husband had a massage at the same time. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with helping us to plan transportation and excursions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was immaculate, there was never anything out of place. Our bedroom (616) overlooked the new pool which was gorgeous. The beach was lovely, very tranquil - even the planes didn’t ruin it The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect each day with something different and regularly replenished The position was amazing and it was wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and shops so easily My only criticism was that the 2nd restaurant by the pool was a bit uninviting and could have done with more staff or atmosphere Overall a fantastic holiday - ticked all our boxes

Getting into the ocean in bare feet was challenging. Perhaps in your 5 year plan you could look at a boardwalk into the sea like they have further down the beach. Otherwise everything was outstanding.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The pool facilities were great, hotel is kept extremely clean, staff are lovely and location is fantastic. Only downside is the proximity to the airport as that can get noisy, but you get used to it.

Absolutely fabulous, the hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and cant do enough. The hotel is located at the end of the promenade so its away from the hustle but only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. The pools are superb, the sunbeds comfy- all in all i couldnt fault it 💥💥💥💥💥

The resort was amazingly clean and well kept. On the other hand it was almost on the tarmac and the planes taking off and landing was very loud a big nuisance. The food was plain, basic and boring. The service was friendly.

I had the delight of staying at this wonderful beachfront hotel with my family. I booked two beachfront rooms that were next to the pool that backs onto to the beach where the hotel has its own sunbeds. Basically, in all my years of travelling, I cannot recall my room being so close to the beach. The rooms themselves were of a decent standard but basic compared to other 5 star hotels that I've stayed. During my stay, I noted that the 1st floor beachfront rooms had superior views of the sea and beach and requested to move to one of them when available- the friendly hotel staff kindly obliged. I must say that this absolutely sealed the wonderful stay. The hotel itself resembles a quaint Greek village in its style- it really made a great impression on me. The hotel's location is perfect. It's at the end of the vibrant and friendly Kamari beachfront that has plenty of good restaurants that are reasonably priced. I found the hotel and Kamari beach to be a great retreat away from the busy crowded towns of Fira and Oia. And finally, I must compliment the hotel staff- amazing! They were helpful prior to and during my stay. Very courteous and helpful. I can't thank them enough for helping locate and keep safe important documents that I misplaced. Brilliant team!

We had a great overall experience in the costa grand resort. The studio room was great, early morning sunshine experience from the balcony with sea right in front of you, the nice breeze in the evening, walking by the sea, shops and restaurants in Kalmari area which is happening till midnight. Swimming pool facilities and the cleaning associates will be visible cleaning the properties all the time. Regarding any other suggestions, I would prefer to have the Main Reception being tagged in google maps/ roads for tourists who are visiting on their own by cars. Since the mail buildings are same, it is difficult to identify the mail reception and no indicators are available to reach the Reception Office. I need to get down and ask resort people to provide the driving path for the mail parking/reception. Thanks to the whole Resort team in making our stay memorable.

Close to the airport but after a day you got use to it. The beach is extremely rocky. My private pool had an overwhelming amount of ants surrounding it. So I couldn’t use it in the afternoons. However the staff was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was close to the nearby shops and nightlife.

We’ve just returned home from this fabulous hotel, right on the beach so we could hear the sea in our room. Our beach front suite 216 was well worth the upgrade. All staff were invariably friendly and helpful, and all areas were immaculate. The food was delicious and varied. We felt we got the holiday we paid for.

We absolutely loved The Costa Grand and Santorini. The Costa Grand was lovely, the staff polite and professional and very helpful. The restaurants were great. The only issue you may want to consider is the fact that the planes fly really low as it approaches the airport. It is quite noisy, although, you soon get used to it. We were touring around the island most of the day so it really didnt' bother us.
