The hotel was kept clean at all time; the staff at front of house, concierge and cleaning team were excellent and we felt well looked after. I only didn’t give 5 stars because options like poached egg were not available, seed mix was not replenished once it was finished it was not replenished the next day. It would be nice for the hotel to stock seeds such as chia, flaxseed and sunflower seeds just for health conscious guests. Yes there are plane noises but only during the day and it’s not annoying. If you really don’t to be under a flight path then this isn’t the hotel for you but you will miss out on lovely staff and beautiful sunrise views every day.

Top class resort and facilities with multiple swimming pools, and right on the beach with free loungers available. Close to good local restaurants. However, very close to airport so planes were very noisy! There was a rock shelf when entering sea which was very slippery so need to take care.

Costa Grand Resort is absolutely impeccable. From the cleaning standards to the friendliness of staff. The facilities are excellent, lots of pools to chill out by and easy access to the beach. The breakfast never disappoints with its variety of food options and it’s perfectly located for exploring the entire island without being as overcrowded as many would think. Also, it’s immediately connected to the promenade on the beach where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. And it only takes about 10 minutes to get here from the airport. There is the occasional planes that flies low but it’s more of an entertainment rather than a bother. Simply, pure perfection.

Excellent property and super friendly staff. The beachfront studio had amazing views and was spacious enough for four adults. Might be worth adding a platform to help people get into the sea as it’s quite tricky on this part of the beach but other than that a perfect stay.

Beautiful resort with amazing friendly helpful staff. We had the most fantastic time with shops and many restaurants only a short walk away. The hotel dining was great too. Being close to the airport you heard and saw the aeroplanes landing but this did not detract from our stay at all. We would definitely go back to Costa Grand.

Hotel grounds were clean and well kept. Staff members were friendly and lovely to interact with! Beach is beautiful, but rocky. I would recommend buying water shoes at the market in town. The town is just a few minute walk from the front desk. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The staff at Costa Grande was so helpful especially Thanos. He wanted to please us and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Only issue was the wonderful planes flying every 15 minutes over the property. We had a good time otherwise.

Lovely hotel, kept immaculately clean and all staff lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend. Only downside being fair skinned is that the very hot sun in late July means it’s not always easy to sunbathe with enough shade. The aircraft flying overhead can be alarming, but not so frequent where it’s a nuisance. It’s an easy compromise coming here because the hotel is in such a good location for amenities and bars/restaurants, and we actually appreciate the close proximity to the airport (10 mins drive). We hope to return!
