Overall nice facility and close to city center. There were some stains on bedding and the robes and the big pool was collecting algae at the entrance. The infinity pool was very clean and nice and. The restaurant staff were lovely and food always came out quick and delicious. Overall a relaxing place to visit that is very close to shopping center and restaurants.

Super Exceptional stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel is excellent. The staffs are friendly, the food in the restaurant was nice. The restaurant and pool area is close by and the ambience there is exceptional and lively. The location is convenient and closer to access Fira. Top clean and nothing to complain about. The hotel at night especially looks so attractive with the lights and the way the exterior is done. From the swimming pool - restaurant area we got the nice view of sun rise as well. The girls in the front desk were super helpful, they helped us to store the luggage after checkout for our day trip and arranged shower room for us before heading to the airport. This hotel is highly recommended and it was a highlight for our 5 days stay in Santorini.

I had my family of 9 with us and we had five rooms around the pool, which was perfect. The hotel is in walking distance to the main downtown area and bus (~15 minute walk). Very nice facility with very nice / helpful staff (Only One Bobby!). We all had a great time and I recommend.

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and great a/c. Pool and surrounding area were very inviting. Restaurant Katsaboo was very good. All Staff at the hotel were amazing. Special thank you to Anna, Felipe, Elizabeth and especially to Bobby! Bobby takes care of that hotel as if it’s his own. He’s constantly making sure everything runs smoothly and that the hotel grounds are perfect. He was our driver for the week and took amazing care of us!!! We will miss you Bobby.

The property was perfect in every way. We had a fantastic room poolside! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They all went out of their way to answer our questions and make our stay comfortable. They have a fantastic restaurant on the property, and Elias was a fabulous waiter! From our arrival to Santorini, the staff here made us feel welcome. Maria from the front desk to Bobby our driver and Anna who served us lunch several times the food we had at Katsaboo Restaurant was amazing. Sourced from the owners farm. Everything fresh and delicious. The wine we had in our room was from the owners own label Maris wines. I would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
