Stayed for 2 nights (wish we stayed more). Incredible view from the outside jacuzzi, gorgeous interior (we chose the petite suite) everything was perfect for the room and has great many touches (too many to list). The staff, for me were all courteous and very very kind. But a big thumbs up to George, spoke to him most, really nice guy and goes all the way out to make you feel great, thought he really made our trip (and thanks again for the thing if you’re reading this :). Better than 5 star and again the views were insane
Beautiful hotel grounds, friendly and helpful staff and a perfectly clean and appointed room. Our sun porch overlooked the Caldera and the best part was our own plunge pool. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future and plan to recommend to family and friends.
Stayed here between the 25th-29th- May with my wife and my Mum and we have literally all been having frequent dreams of Andronis Boutique, Oia and Santorini since coming back home. That alone is testament to the amazing, impressive and stunning impression that Andronis Boutique and it's staff left on us. Santorini has been the number 1 place on my Mum's bucket list for so long, but I had concerns as my mum's legs are not as strong as they used to be, so I was worried she would have trouble going up and down the numerous steps (i think about 100-150 from the top, where the Front Desk and entrance/exit are to the bottom, where the pools and breakfast/restaurant are. So, when making the booking, I asked whether it would be possible to try and get a suite in the middle to make it a bit easier for my Mum to navigate and sure enough we got a suite bang in the middle which was very much appreciated. Our suite was named Ino, and the view from here (and everywhere in the hotel) was breathtakingly gorgeous. The suite was very comfortable to stay in and we loved spending time on the private balcony admiring the views and using the room's outdoor curved plunge Jacuzzi pool. The bed was super comfy, and you get to choose what type of pillows you want to use. The bathroom was small in comparison to the rest of the room, but good with a powerful and hot rain shower. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel. The speed and range are good but not great. More than enough for surfing the web, emailing, and youtubing, but not so fast when it came to uploading and sharing videos. We did not get a chance to eat at Andronis Boutique for dinner but we did eat at their breakfast buffet every morning and to also have lunch on one occasion and the food was always delicious. More than how beautiful the hotel and it's views are, what makes Andronis Boutique exceptional and extraordinary is their level of customer service. Everyone, from the always helpful and always thoughtful front desk team (they always seem to know everything about what you want and need), to the dedicated and hardworking cleaners, to the powerful porters (climbing up and down those steps with luggage is no joke), to the extremely kind and friendly food and beverage team (shout out to Christos) were simply first class and world class in their level of service. We really appreciated all their hard work and efforts in order to provide us with the best level of hotel customer service that we have ever experienced. In a goodbye letter that the hotel manager, George, left for us the night before our departure, he hoped that our stay was "pleasant, comfortable, and full of beautiful memories." I can say it more than definitely was, expectations were surpassed and we are left with a longing to go back soon. Thank you so much to all the wonderful, kind, thoughtful, helpful and professional people at Andronis Boutique for giving us an INCREDIBLE experience.
This hotel is top shelf...best views in Oia and perfect central location in town without getting too far in so you can still get out to their gated parking lot which is about a 5 minute walk. We stayed in a classic suite named Patroclus...the room was perfectly situated halfway down the steps to the pool and set in away from the walkway for total privacy. Some rooms are set closer to the walkway and further down the steps - if you’re going with a classic suite this is the one to request. The room itself was immaculate. Everything carved into the cliffside in white and black stone, gorgeous shaded terrace with a jacuzzi and loungers, tempurpedic mattress and a fresh orchid. They also have a pillow menu to order whatever firmness pillow you like and a choice of three brands of toiletries for the bathroom. The breakfast was an absolutely delicious buffet in addition to a full menu (all included) and the waiters were practically falling all over themselves to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire hotel staff knew us by name by the first night and the concierge was incredibly helpful making reservations and suggestions for places to visit around the island. No one would let us lift a finger with our baggage in or out of the hotel sending two people to greet us and to take us back down to our car when we left. The pool area was also gorgeous with two pools (one heated) overlooking the caldera although we spent most of our time exploring the island. Well done guys, thanks for an incredible stay...
It is the best place to stay in Santorini. Great view, very romantic setting, great atmosphere created, attention to detail and very nice rooms. Staff very attentive and kind. They do know how to do satisfy you!
It's been about two weeks since we left Santorini and I can't stop thinking about how perfect our stay at Andronis Boutique was. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave every need/want is taken care of. The service is better than most if not every other hotel we've previously stayed at worldwide. What separates them is that they anticipate the need/want before you even want it. It's almost like they can read your mind. We were upgraded to the "Water Retreat Suite" which was pretty much heaven. The room which is cave style comes with a private hot tub and private pool. Absolute perfection. Each staff member was so polite & kind and always asked how our day was and if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better which I don't even think was possible. Breakfast was phenomenal and dinner at Lauda was outstanding! Thank you Archontis, Elsa (and the whole team!) for everything! We will definitely be back :)
We loved the hotel and our Cave Pool Suite! The room and views were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and informative as well. We plan to come back next year and do it all over again! Andronis Boutique was worth every penny and was a great way to finish our honeymoon.
We stayed at Erato suite. The room was amazing with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was on the cliff and the view from the pool was really impressive. The room service and the service in general was incredible. The staff was really polite, helpful and friendly. Those were the best holidays I have ever had.
We have traveled the world and my wife and I agree that this was our top hotel experience. The Andronis Boutique Hotel shines in numerous areas. The view is incredible, the food is exceptional, but above all, the staff was genuinely warm and kind. At first, I was a bit bummed because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and didn't receive a room upgrade as some other reviewers received. But we found even the lowest accommodations to be incredible, and it actually had somewhat less to do with the room itself. I had hurt my foot before arrival (I know, Santorini is probably one of the worst places to be immobile) and one of the staff members literally helped me elevate my foot with ice and always asked how I was doing as I was recovering. The staff lifted our heavy luggage across cobble-stone streets. The breakfast is healthy and so tasty. The location is close to many restaurants and it's very easy to set up excursions, high-end restaurant reservations, or airport rides. The staff is so kind and warm in a casual but professional way. My wife and I were so curious about how they managed to do it all. We asked at about their boss (Andronis) at the end of the stay and the staff resoundingly agreed that they love him. You can also tell when a property is run well when the employees really get along with one another. It completely shows.
Peter and I had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel. Views to die for and the staff are so attentive. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the service at the bar was amazing. The whole team were excellent Special thanks to Christos and Maria. Chichester England
