Very well-run and efficient hotel with free shuttle service, very reasonable prices at their restaurant (big surprise to us).

Only the pillows are too thick for me.

Nice and near the airport. Big rooms. You can hear the planes a little bit but it wasn't an issue for me. A big minus for this place was that they don't pick up the phones. It turned into a big issue because I was trying to get in touch with them for 15 minutes to schedule the shuttle from the airport and then I needed to call corporate. They then tried and failed for a while until eventually connecting me. When I was finally talking with them they gave me a WhatsApp number to contact for better assistance. When I wrote to this number I never received a reply (ie overnight, nothing). The next day, when I arrived at the airport, I was worried the shuttle wasn't coming as it was late, so I tried called again multiple times and communicated via WhatsApp. No response. The shuttle did come and at the desk I mentioned my concerns. I tested the phone call and saw it come through and I tested WhatsApp and saw my message arrive next to the person at reception I was talking to. My issue didn't seem to be a concern for him. He said he needed to attend to people at the counter and couldn't answer the phone. After I complained to the manager the response was more normal and they admitted this was an issue. You're paying a lot in terms of South America to stay in a name brand, international hotel. They need to answer the phones to at least say "please hold" or "call back in a hour". Something.

The airport pickup is a bit confusing, and you hope you are at the right place (door 6) ~~ other than that very nice.

This is a really new property, the desk personnel do well in English, the manager was super accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Their shuttle system works well, generally running once per hour.

Overall good. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only note would be the sheets were very scratchy. But the room was nice.

le agradecemos su comentario y le pedimos nuestras mas sinceras disculpas, el aeropuerto en estas semanas ha estado cambiando las salidas de sus buses a la puerta 6 por dicha razon hay que estar muy atento cuando nuestro presonal se acerca a la puerta con el cartel del hotel
