While linens were presented as clean and looked and felt as such, they are stained-rust, dirt, oil. Some lifetime maintenance was needed. Grout in the bath area missing. Bathtub pipe was loose in the wall. Poor caulking around tub. In general this is a nice older facility. Staff was impeccable, always with a quick courteous acknowledgement and helpful. Breakfast area was always clean (as is with most all the property) with food well stocked, fresh and hot.

The room was an older remodel but clean and comfortable. No complaints about the room, I was expecting clean and not the ritz. The room key de-activated 3 of the 5 days I stayed there this trip and I do not know why. I have stayed here 4 times, I keep coming back so it must be good.

It was convenient location for visiting family. It had clean modern updated rooms. Coffee in the room was great for morning and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and it was really a great hotel. We booked rooms already for Christmas.

Travelled out west for customer, first time this far west. Got 2 rooms. Neither room was very clean. Cracked and missing pieces in the bathtub (assume it was an overlay). Stains on the sheets and duvet cover. Chair in room was broken down. Lights would turn on and off of their own accord. While there (5 nights) 4 nights in a row it sounded like the room next door was doing remodeling. Loud bang noises, thumps, crashes. Multiple hours into the early morning (2-3 am). Staff was friendly. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast and available right on time.

The stay at the property was fine. Staff was attentive and very professional. The handicapped parking is a little odd with steep inclines so I did not park there.

Room was nice and clean. We didnt have the best experience at the beginning. I called the night before if we could do early check in and i was told 2pm would be fine. We stopped by before 2p and we couldnt check in until after 3p they had nothing available. We also wanted to use the bathroom and it was locked and the gentleman said it was only open during breakfast time... other than that everything was great

The room was clean but one of the queen beds was in poor condition. The outlet to charge my phone was broken. There were several young men outside yelling and screaming until almost midnight, which kept me awake and I'm sure everyone else with no staff to enforce the rules if there were any. The second night was more quiet .
