Reception staff not particularly friendly, and no staff in sight during the continental breakfast when we were there. Would have been helpful if there was signage regarding the parking next door or if the check-in staff would have told us.
The suite being advertised is not a suite, bit two separate rooms. Rooms were OK interms of cleanliness, but very basic and extremely noisy. You can hear every vehicle that drives by on the street. Location felt unsafe. Not recommended for families.
Property was run down and gross- Front staff was amazing but this hotel was gross!!!

I did not like the fact i booked a non smoking hotel and the room i got smelled like cigarettes. I had to leave the hotel, could not stand the smell
Had a really nice stay here. Contrary to previous reviews, they do have staff here and ive actually never seen so many housekeeping staff. Everyone was nice and friendly... room was relatively clean. Some of the outlets didn't work which was pretty annoying. There was no microwave. But other than that i had a very pleasant stay.
Check in was easy. Your usual protocol. The area was decent. I normally wouldn’t stay at a super 8 because they tend to have a bad reputation but we had no other options. Everything around the area was booked. It was surprisingly a good stay. The room looked just like the picture. It’s was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. It’s right off the highway. Starbucks and a few little places for food near by. I’m just being picky when I say the bed only has two pillows.
He put it online breakfast with clothing then doesn’t have breakfast what is the problem

Well decorated, but its a very low quality motel. Beds were terrible and you could hear every car drive by the hotel (located right near the freeway) throughout the night.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The overall building did not look as clean and the area seemed a bit squelchy, but I mainly stayed in my room. Walking distance to downtown El Cajon and a mall. Fridge and microwave in room was nice
I booked 2 rooms for my family and me. My sister and me saw 2-3 cockroach in the bathroom. The lock of bathroom in my room could not lock, it was loosen. The room and bathroom is not dirty, just ok to stay 1-2 nights.
Read the reviews it was around 3 stars so I was skeptical. When I arrived the staff was very nice the room was a GREAT deal and I booked it an hour before. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay.

It's a little rough looking from the outside, But the staff was amazing Abdul in the front office went above and beyond to help with any and everything we needed . Plus he was super funny and made my experience smooth
