“This room is unsafe and not as advertised — cracked bathroom door, sharp edges in the tub, and a roaches, slippery shower tub and cracked, broken entry doo. False advertising and unsafe conditions. Stay away from this place.

This hotel is the filthiest rooms I ever saw in my life. I cannot believe they are allowed to even rent these rooms out. I refused to stay! They showed me another room same thing. They need to be reported to the health department. Thank goodness the Clarion hotel was right there and stayed there for a higher price. Staff was great. But unable to stay there. Disgusting!!!

The balcony door didn't shut right you could fit a whole hand under the front door and the topp we had to roll towels to close it up the toilet didn't flush right you had to jiggle the handle the floor was so dirty my new white socks turned black from walking in the room with no shoes.people clearly on drugs hanging out front. None of the outlets worked except one in the bathroom. Will never return

Staff was great. Rooms are hot and the air barely keeps up. The floors even stayed hot (first floor). Places the flooring was lifting. The bed was good. Rooms need some work. The only view is the freeway. I just needed a place to crash while visiting. It was fine for that.

Should have a rating of a half a star. Filthy

The outside was filthy. A person was changing his oil. Inside... Holes in the wall. Concave mattress. Filthy sheets (slept in clothes) A severely chipped shower / bathtub. Broken front door looks like someone kicked it in. The fire alarm was stolen, the share room door wouldn't close or lock and much much more. (see photos) Also, this was the best after changing rooms three times.

Had to be moved from rooms twice because of broken locks on doors. And it was only my daughter and me . Ashley the front desk clerk was very helpful in moving me to a different room

It was really outdated, it gave run down vibes. there is a gas station right across the parking lot, a Starbucks and Denny's right across the street which was convenient. The freeway was right behind the hotel.
