Room was clean

Bathroom could use updating. The floor trim was broken in the bathroom, but was clean.

Great front desk staff. Very attentive to any issues if and when they came up. I always stay here on my trips to this location.

Didn’t even get to stay because deposit was 200 apparently when website said it was 100 and was told there was nothing she was gonna do since it was policy.

disliked highway noise walls are paper thin, room had poor lighting breakfast was slim pickings with NO hot water not a good part of town many people loitering around at night front desk staff was pleasant in the morning but very indifferent at night you get what you pay for I wish I had spent more money to feel safer at night

First off I would recommend staying some place else!!! I was here for two nights and was not too familiar with the neighborhood but be advised it’s not the best. The room I got had a king bed with microwave and fridge. The king bed was old and not comfortable at all unfortunately, the shower pressure was terrible but I guess that’s to be expected with most motels. It was not the cleanest place but it was ok since it was main just a place to sleep for the night. My biggest problem with this place was that I was told they did not need my license plate number but it would have saved me a big headache the morning after checkin. I had someone hanging on my door the following morning and when I asked who it was they would not say. When I finally got up to see who it was I was greeted by the local police. They asked me to step outside and I was put into cuff before being told why. Apparently the person in the room next to us stole a car and ended up in the same place with the same make and model car. This is why I emphasize that you provide your license plate number. This whole thing could have been avoided had they said they need the numbers, instead the cops bang on my door pull me out cuff me and assume I’m a criminal until they show me a picture of the car in question. This was demeaning and embarrassing and the cops did not even apologize and said since I had the make and model of the car they were looking for they assumed it was me. I will never stay at a Days Inn again!!!!!!!

Easy check-in. Rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. Wish there was more selection for breakfast, but a decent offering for price paid.

Check out time is 11am. Went to breakfast at 10am. When came back to the room to use restroom ( no restroom in lobby). Housekeeping already start cleaning the room at 10:30. I didn’t even check out yet.

Rubber gloves about 15 left in the room. TV did not work night staff couldn't fix it and did nothing to fix the situation.

Hotel was decent. Could have been a little cleaner but it was comfortable.

Gaps under door created draft. Poor electrical and internet. Missing amenities from room. TV didn't work properly.

Nice location, Close to parkways. Hotel staff was very pleasant.

The ac was off, it was 90 degrees today!!! So when I checked in it was fairly hot in then room.

This hotel is not trying to be a resort. If you just need a decent place to stay for a few nights it will meet your needs. I didn't want to plunk down a lot for a room that I was mainly going to use just for sleeping at night. I had busy days planned. First off, the hotel is conveniently located very near the freeway. I could zip around to multiple locations in San Diego with ease and not waste time on side roads. The room was very spacious with a large area for the mini fridge and a big open closet. Had a couch, table, chair area, as well as a desk. The room was much bigger than I needed. It was ok clean and respectable. If you want amazing and fancy pay a lot more and go to a big place. The pool was missing a few decorative border tiles but for the most part was clean and I enjoyed using it for some laps. Complementary breakfast the next day was fine. Had good selection of basics like OJ, coffee, eggs, sausage, english muffins. I like that they didn't have one of those messy make-a-waffle stations as the waffles never taste good anyway. Avoid the chocolate croissants - they look better than they taste. All in all I'd say this place was a good value and I didn't notice some of the issues that other local bargain-rate places had listed.

The property is very clean. Everything is well maintained. The mini microwave and fridge is a plus and very convenient. The staff is polite and professional.

Dear Freddy, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We are sorry to hear you experienced issues with your room. If you would have told the front desk staff, we could have fixed any maintenance problems that occurred. Regarding the police incident, we do provide a spot on the registration card to put your vehicle information when you sign.

Dear Tony, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We appreciate the 4 out of 5 rating. It may have been that housekeeping thought you checked out. If there is no "do not disturb" sign on the door and a room is due to check out, housekeeping will knock to see if the guest checked out. Sometimes, guests do not check out with the front desk. We hope to see you again!
