The staff here was quite helpful the only thing that was wrong was it Orbitz completely messed up my reservation and it took me 45 to 50 minutes to get it straightened out! Ridiculous!

To whom it may concern: "Upon arrival, the room seemed clean and comfortable. However, after dinner, my son and I discovered a roach struggling on its back. I removed it and informed management, who offered to relocate us. Given our exhaustion from an eight-hour drive, I opted to stay put and avoid further disruption." Later that evening a spider appeared the size of a dime. The floor board was peeling off wall. When I advised the manager about the situation he didn’t seem to care that we had insects in our. He also indicated that the exterminator was in our room and found dead roaches also. Beware before you book a room at this location a terrible place.

Get what you pay for in a small, remote town...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was dated and in need of renovation, but it is in a very small town, so somewhat expected. Not a lot of traffic staying there so I'll give them a break since the staff was pleasant.

Very nice people and quick checkin. the bed was very very comfy. New ac unit, first one i have seen. great job on remodel. bathroom was only thing not upgraded but the rest WOW. i never give a excellent review but they did put money in the new look and loved it!!!!!

What a pleasant surprise to stay here in Santa Rosa overnight. For a great value price, this hotel checks all the boxes for a clean, quiet and safe stay. No fancy frills, but met our needs. Also enjoyed Joseph’s Bar and Grill down the road. We recommend this stay; you won’t be disappointed.

The check in was fast and relatively friendly. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, however, the ceiling was cracked and the vinyl baseboards were coming off the walls. Bathroom tile floor loomed questionable as far as cleanliness.
