Comfortable rooms, good bedding. Good breakfast. Convenient location and ok value. The only criticism are how loud the cleaning staff are outside talking in front of the room areas and making noise as well as how loud the doors close from neighbors exiting their rooms in the morning making it difficult to sleep past 7.

From what was there it looked fresh. The property pictures showed hard boiled eggs which is all I wanted but they haven’t had them on the breakfast menu for awhile. That’s all I wanted so I didn’t eat. My husband had cereal.

Parking was easy. Breakfast had very limited choices. No hot water luke warm at best. Floor and couch were dirty. TV channels were very limited. If you need a place to stay in Santa Rosa go somewhere else. Over priced for what you get.

The water wasn’t hot so we couldn’t take showers. It was lukewarm at best. Also there was a bad odor in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Decent breakfast.
