Would I return? You bet!! For around $60 - the room was updated and very clean. The pet fee was only $10. The room was very large, updated bed linens - very comfortable. The room also included a mini-fridge, safe and updated sink and tub. It was nice a quiet as well.
We stayed one night on our way to Tucson. They take pets ( we do not have one) but there was no dog barking etc. from the dogs we saw there. The owners were obliging and friendly. We ate dinner next door at a local restaurant and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We'd stay here again!
We chose this property because it allowed pets and we did not have high expectations because it is on the lower spectrum of Choice Hotels. We found this place to be clean, comfortable and staffed with excellent people. Happy to stay here.
This hotel,- no,... motel- was very appealing from the street view. Newly painted attractively. However the rooms were nothing spectacular. Our single /queen had a half wall making it be a "suite" with couch/bed. The morning breakfast was VERY LACKING causing us to leave and go to local restaurant for our breakfast.
We stayed one night on our way to Phoenix. This is a quiet, affordable motel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Restaurants are nearby. Handicap assessibility. Breakfast offered suitable to get us on our way. Very friendly reception. Would stay again.
This was our first stop on our way back east. We were very tired after a long day. Went to the room.....it was not accessible...went back to the front desk, the clerk said that was their accessible room.....NOT!!!! She offered to call around and find us one. Did not want to do that since we were exhausted. The only thing it had was a raised toilet. No grab bars next to the toilet, it had a tub with no grab bars and the room had 2 queen beds, which was OK, even though we had requested King and there was hardly enough room for a walker to get by the beds. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it had recently been renovated and was very clean and up to date even though it is an older hotel. Breakfast was OK but had no protein at all. No eggs, no meat, no peanut butter. Just carbs and sugar. We had a waffle and oatmeal and the coffee was good but they need to offer eggs at least. If you are looking for a clean bed at a reasonable price, yes, by all means stay here but if you need and accessible room you will have to look someplace else.
We stayed 1 night. Newly remodeled hotel. Close to the freeway, big parking lot. Clean room, great breakfast friendly staff. They have ice for your coolers in the ice machine. And just 1mile away from The Blue Hole So amazing! Don't miss out on that! Note to staff, would be nice to have fresh fruit on the breakfast menu :)
My husband stopped here on his way through on a Tuesday night around 9pm. Was easily accessed from i40. Though there are mixed reviews he had no complaints. An average hotel that's clean and quiet, but a bit on the pricey side. The waffle breakfast was good and he'd stay here again.
Updated small motel with clean , comfortable room. Nice size room ( room 110 ) , paint , tiles with clean , hot shower with changeable shower spray. Lots of pillows, firm mattress , cold frig and strong A/C when needed. Breakfast was basic but enough to get you to lunchtime. Suggest skipping the resuarant next door.
Stayed in room 121 for a 1 night stay. There were dead bugs all over the room. Dead mosquitos on the lamp shade and wall by the door, dead beatle in the re d arm chair and more beatles dead on the floor in the rest room. Advertises a pool but the weeds are taller than the sides. Breakfast was horride! They had a wafdle maker but only had walmart sugar free syrup. The hard boiled eggs were dirt, and the cereal was empty. Very over priced!! AC sis not seem to want to work on AC so we turned to fan. The beds were comfortable and the coffee was not bad. We were a late arrival with no vacancies or we would have asked for another room.
