This is a great spot with LOTS of space in the room. It literally felt like our own apartment. It was listed as a studio but this could easily be considered as a LARGE one bedroom in SF. TONS of pillows and extra blankets. The ceilings are tall which makes the space feel even larger. I appreciated that there was a good set of dishes so we didn’t need to tap into our camping kit. We loved that it was within walking distance of food, drinks, and entertainment. Off the bat, it appeared very clean however, cleanliness could be improved upon. We found a few surprises in the kitchen but it helped to have dish soap, sponge and paper towels (and our camping kit was helpful in this instance). I’d suggest washing dishes and wiping down all the kitchen surfaces before use. Other than that, we had a great time and appreciated the 12pm checkout.

We have been staying here on business for the past 6 weeks. After staying at a few of the more well known places we stumbled upon “The Art House Hotel”. We considered it our home away from home. Nice sizable rooms and clean with hardwood floors. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone that works and supports the Art House as they are very hospitable and professional. So if you are in Santa Rosa and want a place to chill with good coffe I highly recommend this place.
