Hotel was nice. Front desk located in casino is inconvenient. Casino atmosphere carries into hotel and its most notable on first floor.

The buffets were amazing! The room was excellent too, it would have been amazing as well if we would've had a tub instead of only a shower.was still a great room

Rooms are in need of professional remodeling and sanitizing. This is billed as a nonsmoking facility but our room and our friends room reed of cigarette smoke. The casino is not smoke free which probably contributes to the problem since it is attached. I doubt the the rooms have always been smoke free because the smoke smell permeated everything. Our queen sure was a great size and nicely furnished but definitely showed it's age. The bathroom appeared to have been updated/remodeled but poorly done. The wall covering coming off the wall at tile baseboard near the tub, toilet rocked whenever you sat on it and poorly finished tile work were all signs that an effort had been made but the quality of the work was not good. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Buffet was disappointing.

Noisy casino night dwellers, avoid non-smoking "smoky" first floor!

Stayed one night spent most of the time in casino. Our room was not available but the staff worked to get us a non smoking room, the entire hotel smelled of smoke for someone with allergies this was not good. They also said there was a breakfast buffet included in our package, we did not get a buffet but we did get a breakfast that included eggs sausage, toast and hash browns, and juice or coffee. Also this hotel does not have Queen size beds they are only double beds.

Was a short stay, but the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Great shower, but what I really liked was the pillows on the bed. Wish I had them at home.

The location was perfect. We went to Taos Pueblo, Chimayo, Bandalier National Monument, Los Alamos, and toured Santa Fe all within easy and short driving distances. The price was good for the area and allowed us to be in the center of our sightseeing tour. The only thing missing at the hotel was something besides the pool for teenagers to do(bowling, arcade games) while we enjoyed the casino. I would recommend the hotel for travelers wanting to see that area without paying high prices and doing alot of extra driving. Bobbye Horton

The hotel was easy to find. There was a strong wind, so no one used the outdoor pool which was disappointing. The room was clean, roomy, and quiet. We were grateful that the room didn't smell smoky though the casino was awful in this regard. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for two meals. The food was good but the service both times was slow and it appears the whole casino/hotel might be understaffed right now. Check in was laborious with only one desk person. There were four parties waiting in line at one point. The check in person, thus, was abrupt and not friendly. The wifi worked great.

The Hotel was ok . The staff was helpful: My room AC did not work, I had to complain 3 times, withinb 2 hours in order to get a new room.

The room was great very comfortable. All was vety clean.

Hotel is attached to large casino, so it is easy to get to restaurants and games from your room.

Our stay at this hotel, Okhay, was just that ok. Checkin was very bumpy, as room was not ready by 3pm checkin. then, after getting checked in and settled into the room, we were asked to move to accommodate another guest. We did move and the other room was not as nice as the first, air conditioning not good. We dealt with it since we did not want to spend all night moving. Other than that the staff were courteous, accomodations were sufficent for an overnight stay. The resturant inside the hotel was ok too the food seemed a little bland. On a scale from 1- 10, I would rate our stay as a 5.
