Very functional, if that’s what you’re looking for. Free laundry machines and a large gym were nice perks. Everything works and is clean. Not at all romantic or tasteful in decor, if that’s what you prefer. I wouldn’t come here on a honeymoon, but as a base camp for other activities it works well. Outside of the city center though (25 minute walk). Scrambled eggs at breakfast need work.

Parking right outside the modern hotel 4eu a night. Great gym, swimming pool. Large open shared spaces. Great bedroom and v good shower. Fabulous breakfast. Very convenient for visiting San Sebastián.

Perfect Stay

Lovely modern hotel with lots of different things on offer to do. Rooms really clean & comfy, parking easy with plenty of spaces. Checking in staff really helpful couldn’t do enough

This is a beautiful hotel located a few miles from the center of town but there bus #26 which is available every 15 minutes that takes people to town. My only issue is that I wish the hotel would mention this on their advertisement material. I think they will be more successful at marketing this place. The other thing that I would like to mention is that they offer free laundry wash & dry for guests. I believe there was also a mention of free food somewhere. Can't recall. But overall we are quite happy and would love to stay here again in the future. Love the concept!

Off Putting Staff

Liked the facilities - gym, co-working, shared kitchen, gym, rooftop pool, etc. Hospitality has a way to go though. The staff at check-in & front desk was a bit off putting - a bit too cool for school. They can't seem to go outside of their assigned roles when answering inquiries. Tried to ask cleaning staff for help in English. They reply we don't speak English & walked away rather than try to communicate and accommodate. There was only one pillow per person and they were lumpy. The mattress seemed fine but after a night of two, the combination of the pillows & the mattress gave both of use neck, shoulder & spinal aches. The cleaning staff didn't seem to vacuum the carpet well - there was noticeable items on the floor that should have been picked up with an easy sweep. The location was out of the way from the city center & the old town. There was a bus close by that runs about every 15 minutes. Dia was close by & some pintxo places. Not a lot of variety though.

always love the vibe of social hubs… great hotel and pool, easy to get to the old town via the bus or a nice walk. don’t bother doing the online check in, it doesn’t work and is just a waste of time.

Love the open interior layout that's connected as one space. Improve chef's cooking - natchos is horrible - thatjust mashed avocado with lemon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated cheese, ground beef sauteed with peppers, and tabasco. It tasted terrible. I love your caesar salad and buffet breakfast. Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed.

This was a fantastic place to stay with all the amenities. Busy atmosphere on the main floor that was enjoyable. Staff was great and gave us some fantastic suggestions where to go.

A great hotel situated a half hour walk / 15 minute bus ride from the centre of San Sebastián (number 26 which leaves from the street behind the hotel). The rooms were in great condition as were the hotel facilities. The gym was great, and pool area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. The location being a bit far out from the centre is made up for by the hotel.
