I must say this is my first negative review, and been completely honest I dont know the hotel personally but last year throught Orbitz I booked for my parents the hotel and their comments were quite negative about the staff attitude, and the hotel was regular. As my experience I could not travel due to medical reasons and Orbitz as usual provided me with their very proffesional assistance, and asked the hotel to refund the room, but they did not. They dont understand reasons. So it was quite unfair. So fellow travellers just be aware and dont expect any fair treament from Hotel Zenit in San Sebastian. Once again thanks the always wonderful staff at Orbitz that goes beyond expectations to help members like myself.
This hotel’s only disadvantage is its location. One has to walk 20-25 min to the center of San Sebastián. Everything else about it is excellent! The staff is the friendliest we’ve ever met, the room was clean and comfortable, everything worked to our best advantage. The taxi to the center cost only 6 euro, so not too bad. We loved this hotel and recommend it!!

Excelente Hotel,excelente servicio, bien hubicado para quien le guste caminar y conocer el ambiente de la ciudad., Cerca de todo y retirado del bullicio.Tranquilidad y privacidad.Habitaciones amplias, limpias e incluye una tetera para quien le guste el te. Caminar de 15 a 20 minutos hacia el centro antiguo vale la pena si quiere conocer la ciudad y su gente. Nunca usamos transportacion publica , siempre caminamos de manera que desconozco las facilidades, pero si observe que esta cerca de paradas de auobuses, etc. Si llegas en tren o autobus puedes caminar perfectamente hasta el hotel , de lo contrario ir en taxi cobrara unos 7 euros desde la estacion de autobuses y del tren tren debe ser mucho menos pues esta mas cerca segun mi apreciacion. Hermosa ciudad!!
