Charming and spacious. Recently renovated apartment (May 2022) by our team of professionals, architect, and local decorators. It’s located in the heart of San Sebastian, a few steps to the Buen Pastor Cathedral and just two minutes away from La Concha beach.
Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and without architectural barriers, the building stands out for its sandstone façade with the characteristic architecture of the romantic area of the city center in San Sebastian.
This 87 m2 house has a spacious living-dining room, two spacious exterior bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The apartment has an independent kitchen. It also has an independent workspace with a spacious desk. Both bedrooms and the living room have beautiful and modern ceiling fans.
