Autonomia | The Rentals Collection

The Autonomia is a modern apartment, recently renovated by our design team, located right next to Plaza Easo in the heart of the city: both the Buen Pastor Cathedral and La Concha Beach are within easy walking distance. It occupies the first floor of a building with an elevator, all of its rooms face the street and offer open views of the square, which also has a public underground parking garage where you can leave your car with ease.

The living and dining area is spacious and bright, with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a Juliet balcony overlooking Plaza Easo. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room through a peninsula that connects to a beautiful solid wood dining table for 4.

The master bedroom has two single beds, a dressing area, a desk and a small Juliet balcony overlooking Plaza Easo. The second bedroom, also facing the square with its own Juliet balcony, likewise has two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped, with a double sink vanity and a pleasant shower.

The apartment has air conditioning in every room (living room and both bedrooms), heating and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood, known as Amara Viejo, is just steps from the metro station and bus stops. It has a long tradition of pintxo bars with a local feel and is a short walk from the shopping district.
