I stayed in different Nobu’s around the world and unfortunately this is my least favorite. The service is below average I was looked after by 2 good employees and the rest were sometimes even rude. Gym is too small, room is amazing, breakfast is delicious. I would not stay here again, id visit for the terrace and leave; not worth what i paid for

Property is excellent and location perfect. Staff were of little help - sweet but untrained. Food at the Terrace was unbelievably bad and certainly not up to ANY decent hotel standard, let alone a Nobu named hotel where one expects the food to be pretty good. Evening drinks whilst getting ready for dinner, served on a drinks trolley knocking on the door was a nice touch.

The view was absolutely spectacular. Nobu San Sebastián was exemplary in service, cleanliness and modernity. The bartender at Nobu was extremely accommodating. He gave us a mini sake’ sampling and was very friendly and warm. Our dinners at Nobu were outstanding! The only things to mention that could improve this experience would include an onsite hot tub, sauna, & steam to relax after traveling and the rooms need larger showers. You can hardly move in the shower. Overall I’d still rate Nobu hotel San Sebastián 4.9 out of 5. We loved our balcony area and view.
