I stayed one night at the property and was pleased with almost all. The lady at front desk made a comment I didn’t particularly like about my picture ID. But overall a pleasant stay. Will do it again

Safe friendly hotels close to everything it’s convenient ..

..very friendly staff clean rooms very accomidating

Room was infested with newly hatched roaches, which by itself is an immediate disqualification. Problem; it was Fleet week in San Francisco and literally every hotel was sold out in the Bay Area, so no option to move. Staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to requests. Demanded an extra $20 fee for a roll away bed, despite fact that two bedroom room was reserved for 5-guests, but did not come equipped with a pull out couch and only had two standard beds. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I arrived and there was no one behind the desk except a little boy. After a few minutes he noticed me and shouted for someone to come to front desk. The desk attendant came out and immediately took a phone call. I waited for him to finish in which case without looking at me asked if I had a reservation I said yes, he said "drivers licence and picture id." He WROTE DOWN MY CC INFO (along with expiration date) on his copy of the transaction. I have no idea who has access to that info. He gave me a key and never looked at me or said hello or thank you. The room smelled of cigarettes smoke, the towels where extremely small, the room was noisy and the air conditioning was loader than the traffic. I travel 4-5 times a year and this was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in many years.

good location, good bed, clean and reasonably priced....

Old, run down, poor to no upkeep, no parking. Orbitz requires more words but how many times and ways to say BAD do they want???? And for what productive reason???? None of course

I traveled to this motel based off the price. I went with a couple of friends and the room appeared to be very clean. I asked for a roll-away bed and was told it was $20 a night. No big deal since the website said $15. The person who brought me the bed asked for cash. I said I prefer that it be added to my bill but he said cash would be best. It seemed strange that a motel couldn't just add it to the bill. That night the toilet was not functioning properly. I called the front desk and was told that they didn't have anyone to fix it. It was late night and I'm guessing they didn't want to call a plumber. They did not have any other rooms to move me so I asked for a plunger. The beds were nice and clean and comfortable. The chairs and carpets were filthy. It seems they had not been cleaned in years. The wall sockets were all loose. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary. I definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel met our expectations for an overnight stop. The exterior and interior were well maintained. As we entered the room, it smelt fresh and was quite well furnished. The hotel is close to a major highway so the hum of the traffic was present but the level did not disturb our sleep. The breakfast was sub standard relative to the norm that we have experienced for hotels of this class. We did find an excellent Mexican restaurant behind the hotel for dinner.

Could have had better breakfast, like hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt. Peanut butter and toast

The staff stayed up until 1 am just to check us in after a very late arrival. Very close to the Larkspur ferry terminal and very reasonable price.

This motel is OK, if you are just looking for a stop-over motel on your way somewhere else, and only need a place to spend the night. It's located just next to the freeway, so easy to find. There are a couple of restaurants nearby for dinner. The room itself was clean, felt secure; nothing fancy. Don't count on the continental breakfast! Tang, cold cereal, and a few bagels were offered. The coffee was gone by mid-morning(!). The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay again if just passing through.

Happy with the cleanliness and comfort for the price. I would stay there again.

Cheese ball and barely tolerable but low price Oppooooooooo

ROOM WAS A HANDICAP ROOM WITH NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHS. THE BREAKFAST SELECTION WAS OK, BUT THE APPLE JUICE DISPENSER WAS NOT WORKING, THE ORANGE JUICE WAS RANCID, AND APPLES WERE OLD AND MEALY. STAFF APPEARED TO BE BOTHERED WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR RESERVATION. BREAKFAST SET UP WAS NOT READY AT 7:20 A.M. ON FRIDAY, JUNE 3. STAFF MEMBER THOUGHT ORANGE JUICE WAS OK, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A BROWNISH COLOR AND A BIG LUMP CAME OUT OF THE DISPENSER WHEN I POURED THE JUICE.

Wouldn't recommend...horrible place and over price!!!!!!

Staff provided as little help as possible. The gentleman at check-in was surly and never made eye contact. It was clear we were intruding on his time. The older lady with broken English was stunningly unhelpful. Room was filthy. The internet picture gives a better impression than reality. Will stay elsewhere next time.

For the price paid, I don't feel it was a good value. The police were there in the driveway blocking it when we arrived. My husband asked the staff if there was a problem, they said they didn't come in, it's not my concern. They were only talking to someone, not on a call, so we didn't leave. We didn't see the police again. The staff was rude at check-in, and seemed to have limited english, but we already paid online so we brushed that off too and stayed. In the room, the bed was hard. I mean stiff board-like hard. After we went to bed, the metal noise the a/c made every time the compressor kicked on sounded like a metal pie plate banging against something. I shut the a/c off and ran fan only to get some sleep rather than deal with the rude staff. My husband saw the room card if you forgot an item, and went downstairs to ask for a comb or brush, as I could not find my brush. They were, in his words, class-A a-holes about it, and stated in little english that they had neither. The location is next to car dealerships and not far from the street fair event we went to because of where we ate dinner. I didn't feel unsafe, although it was not downtown and was in an odd area. The noise outside wasn't too bad and it was right off the freeway, so getting back to the airport was easier. Once I turned the a/c off to fan only, we heard nothing other than the fan. Would I stay here again? No, but not because it wasn't clean or sufficient. There was a mini fridge in the room and it was clean. A real shame for this chain, which has only a so-so reputation in my experience, but would have gotten a great review from us if the staff would have been at least neutral to our visit instead of avoid-them-rude.

They wrote down my credit card number they said it was in case i had incidental charges.....i have been on the road for 2 weeks and no other hotel has done this.....i have been checking my credit card daily for fraudulent charges.....at this day and age when security is talked about daily i can't understand why they did this. ...i will not recommend this hotel to anyone
