Old building with newly redone bathrooms and painted walls, but the carpet had a hole in it. You could see the concrete floor. There were about 4 burn marks on the carpet. Really bad appearance.

If you need a place to stay it's a place to stay. The night I stayed there were a bunch of modified cars and lowrider trucks ripping around the neighbourhood with latin American flags out the windows. Perhaps it was after a football (soccer) match or something, hopefully not a turf war although there was a police presence in response to the chaos. This is a bare bones, tired motel. The carpet was in a sorry state but the toilet was clean. If you just need to a place to crash after a day of driving and you're a man, it's probably fine. The thing that pissed me off was that two members of staff tried to enter my room at 9am with the master key while I was still asleep despite checkout being 11am. I had to rush to the door to stop them from coming in because there's no security lock. It disrupted my sleep, which I did not appreciate.

Renovated bathroom. Could open window. But advertised free breakfast which was false. And cardboard dumpster at Harbor Freight was emptied each morning at 4:45am because they are too cheap to get a box compactor/bailer.

Disappointed

I reserved 3 rooms and messaged and called requesting an early check in. The person said no problem. I called the day of confirming early check in. The rooms were not ready at the agreed upon time. After the event at 10:30 when we returned the TV in my room didn’t work. I noticed the person who eventually came to office and was told there was nobody there to look at it. All in all it was disappointing.
