2 bedrooms appartement right between SJU and the old San Juan

Nice 2 bedrooms appartement on a busy yet friendly street. 15 min from SJU and viejo San Juan. Clean and well maintained.

Perfect city location and great old building.

We stayed for a week at the Sagrado Corazón apartment. We had the two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our group. The living area was air conditioned which is a perk for PR. The kitchen was equipped with stovetop, microwave and fridge. The air conditioning has individual settings for bedrooms and living room. The location made it easy to get to OSJ, the Santurce Art district or highway. Received detailed instructions for location and use. Be patient with the water it is warm at best but doable. We are considering coming back here in our next stay in PR.

Noisy

Nice property. Good communication. But the street an neighborhood noise made it difficult to sleep. We were in a two-bedroom unit on the front (#1), so perhaps other units were not as bad. We should have brought a sound generator, which another guest suggested.

Not what was expected, horrible!

The outside look is all that was ok with property, the neighbors were up all night talking and yelling! There were gun shots nearby! Felt like we were staying in the middle of Times Square with all the horns and racing allll night! The shower was freezing cold it only cost maybe $60 to buy a water heater that plugs right in! The bathroom was old and not kept well with holes in walls. The coffee maker had mold in it. The “fresh towels” were dirty with blonde hair, we al have brown and black hair! After we told the owner he never came to replace the towel instead asked if we wanted replacement we said yes and he said there are other towels in the rooms. Needless to say we had to purchase towels! Someone parked in the spot he gave us, we messaged him and he never responded. We will never recommend this place and will stay farrr away from it.

Very nice stay

The property is very nice and in a good location. The kitchen had all the basic supplies needed to prepare meals. The host was responsive until I asked about the hot water. Beware the hot water is hit or miss, some days we had hot water some days we did not. I believe the water heater is solar powered, so expect accordingly with the weather. The traffic is very loud in the mornings. I would stay here again.

The property was exactly as posted! So cute and very clean. Highly recommend. The inly issudle we had was figuring out the bidet. There wasnt any toilet paper provided and ot was a bit confusing. But it was incredible and very homey

Beautiful home

Nice and clean, easy to get to, Giancarlo the host very attentive to any requests or questions. Mostly 10 minutes away from any land marks like El Morro, El Escambrón, El Capitolio and Condado. Overall a nice place to stay

The same as my last review

I rented two properties in the villas, and all I can say is. The property itself was immaculate. It has an old-school Spanish, feel all the modern upkeep and features that you need to make your stay more enjoyable. I had absolutely zero problems coming from a person who usually stay someplace in. There is always some type of issue I was more than satisfied, beyond satisfied in fact

Very pleasant stay. Will return!

It's a great location ( In the center of everything you might want to do ). There were some unexpected issues, but Giancarlo was very quick to respond to my concerns and taking care of the issues. Claudia was also great at handling our concerns. She went out of her way and picked up some items that she felt we might need.We will be returning. Nice place, great location, reasonably priced , great hospitality.

Toenail in the bed

The owner likes communication through the platform but doesn’t read it I guess. We sent several messages about check out and the conditions we found and it was ignored? No response or multiples of the same question never addressing the issues. There were expected things like broken blinds and then unexpected things like previous guests toenails in the bedroom.

Great stay!

Booked this for a girls trip and was very satisfied! Clean property with a great upstairs patio area and plenty of space to enjoy inside. AC works wonders and we enjoyed some cozy nights in. There was some construction, but that could be expected after hurricane season. Overall, this was a great stay!

Comfort of home

Very clean organized. Love to tmstsu here again. Close to everything. The information is accurate on the listening. Listing Owner was very corporative because my flight was delayed the flight headed to Puerto Rico was terrible. I missed a day of my trip with the villa. Very comfortable. Will diffidently stay here again and save this property in my favorites

Nice apartment

The location is good, the street is busy. There are a lot of noise from neighbors, cars, and airplanes. Regarding the apartment is comfortable and reasonably clean. You have all the basics. The bathroom could use some remodeling. The building exterior Is very nice. Off street parking is important and a plus. The interior could use some help to match the exterior. Personally I do not like IKEA’ s products quality and everything in there was from IKEA.

Do not recommend

Check in: We arrived over 1 hour after check in starts and the door was open and the home owner was still cleaning. Lost points for the fact she was extremely rude and brushed us off until she realized we also spoke Spanish. The owner said she thought we were checking in the next day. Amenities: The shared patio is beautiful but opening the gates to get there is a nightmare. The water in the shower basically drips and hardly heats up. The host was not responsive to this issue but messaged me hours later asking what time we were checking out - completely ignoring the water issue. We woke up the day after we checked in covered in bug bites so I would recommend checking for bugs before your stay. The bed was however very comfortable, the host left us beer in the fridge and plenty of towels. Location: Good location, accessible to Old San Juan, condado beach, la placita. Parking in front of unit. Street noise did not bother us while we stayed there. Overall: 2 stars simply because of location/parking but I would not recommend staying here.
