perfect location

A casual, quick walk to beach and the option to either, walk, scooter or uber to OSJ was perfect. Great food options close by. Felt safe and secure.

Decent location for the price

Not too far from old San Juan! The walk isn’t too far and it’s relatively scenic depending on if you take the presidents walkway, or the perimeters on the north or south side. The area itself is pretty quiet but not really special either. The roosters crowing in the middle of the night was annoying. The property is pretty good, just had a problem with one of the bathroom doors not closing. The directions to get in could be confusing too since the keypad to get in is behind a gate.
